I cried but he cared less. I threatened to shout if he makes any attemt but he threatened back to blame of trying to force myself on him, and for that reason his wife is going to throw me out. I was not having anywhere to go with my siblings so I had to give in and gave him what he wanted and Hy left. He had no pity on a pregnant miserable girl like me. I kept what happened to myself. The next minute I had locked the door and kept the keys under my pillow because I was afraid he would come back. I slept but in the middle of the night, I heard the door flinched again. I jumped off the bed quickly and pointed to him the knife I was holding.

"Get out of here before I stab you to death".

I threatened but he still dared and came closer to me. Without thinking about it again, I cut his hand he bleeded profusely. I got scared and started to scream. Clara, Jessie and Aunt salomey trooped inside the room. They were too stunned to witness the scene. She rushed to hold her husband with tears in her eyes while I stummered when she asked me what happened.

"How dared you!"

She slapped me hard on my face and refused to listen to my explanations.

"She tried forcing herself on me and when I refused, she stabbed me"

He dramatized. Clara stood there quietly and watched me. And Salomey dragged me outside as reigned insults on me. The noise woke Daniel, Margret and Naya up and they joined me outside. She went back inside and came to throw my belongings on me and desisted us from recyding in front of her house as well. We roamed the whole night looking for shelter while I kept Naya at my back.
