Hiding feelings

I walk up to her and saw fear in those eyes.i felt weak for a moment ,but refused to give in.

After my first meeting with her ,all my thoughts have been of her .I kept on seeing her beautiful sets of dark eyes.

I was still in my thought yesterday when my little sis ran to me crying seriously.i quickly stood up and went to her .

"What is it ".I asked 

"She slapped me ".was all she said 

"Who did this ".I shouted with  anger 

"Olivia"

I felt all the anger in me ran away .but I couldn't let my little sis noticed it .

"Mike".I shouted

Mike ran in imediately

"Get me olivia".I shouted 

Mike nod his head and ran out of the room .

I saw a victory smile on Rita's face before she hugged me and left my office.

I sat down and didn't know what to do. I can't hurt a hair on that girl and I can't let my sis know about it .

Few minutes later ,Mike came and inform me she was at the torture room .I felt anger in my bone when I heard him 

"Who told you to take her there ".I sounded angry .

"But boss ,I thought she was brought in here for torture.

"Get her out of that room and put her in the guest room now "

Mike quickly ran out of my office before coming back to inform me she was in one of the guest room.

I followed him and went inside the room .

She was sleeping so peacefully on the bed and she looks so innocent and beautiful when she sleeps.

I wanted to sit all day watch her sleep .but Mike voice brought me back to reality

"Should we wake her up ".he asked 

"Yes,but be gentle ".I told him 

He gave me a surprise look before waking her up with some water .

She woke up and was looking really scared.i wanted to tell her that I won't hurt her but couldn't let myself do it .

I was trying my best to make her scared when her phone rang.i told her to pick it up .

She told the person over the phone to help her but he ended the call .

Few seconds later my phone rang .I check the caller and saw that it was Derick the son and heir to the serpant Mafia .I was never a good friend to him or his dad.

I picked up the phone and he was shouting angrily

"Let her go ".he shouted

"You know her huh ".I asked 

"She is my girlfriend you dumbass"now let her go ".

I felt anger all over my body ,I look at her and realized he was lying ,she wasn't his girlfriend ,she was too innocent for him .

"I will have to teach her some lessons first "

"You won't dare , because if you do I will send your beloved sister dead body to you ".he sounded serious.

He knew my little sis was my only weak point .

Are you threating me ".I asked 

"It's not a threat but a promise "

I quickly ended the call and let her go.

I did my my research and discovered she wasn't his girlfriend but a project mate .I felt relived and happy .

I was still in thought when my little sis walk in 

"She stood at the door and was angrily looking at him .

"You let her go again "

I stood up and went close to her .

"Derick called "

"And ".she asked 

"He threaten me with you"

"That son of a bitch". She shouted angrily and left my room.

For the first time in my life I was grateful to Derick for calling me,I wonder what excuses I would have told her.
