Currently, Lance not only serves as Kanto Dragon-type Elite Four but also holds the position of Chief Investigator in both Kanto and Johto regions. While his strength might fall slightly short compared to Joyna, the Chief Prosecutor of the Sinnoh Prosecutor Bureau, his accomplishments are unquestionable.
