As hisoka was about to turn away and leave adam shouted out to him "hisoka i have one more thing to ask of you, would you be willing to have a fight with me but lose"

Hisoka then released a blood lust forcing adam to sweat profusely and feel scared for his life "if we do fight its a fight to the death are you prepared for that little seedling?"

Hisoka then turned his head around no smirk on his face showing how serious he is,"I will accept your challenge if you're prepared to die" hisokas stare then felt like it pierced through Adams heart and he died but then adam resisted the urge to cower away and released ren letting it explode outwardly

"I will find you again,challenge you and win within a year from now"

Hisoka then turned around and stared walking away "ahhhh that got me exited,muhaha ahhh my dear adam you excite me so much i cant wait for our fight"

adam looked up and started to stare at the sky while sat on the beach deep in thought about what he can mimic

Until it looked like he was struck by a truck a moment later

"I know what I have to do and how to do it" adam kept staring at the sky smiling until the day sunset on the horizon and he saw a green flash before the moon glow replaced the sun

As the sun was high in the sky adam began walking back to the boat as it was the last day of the examination when a man in a suit popped out of the bush

"Contestant adam you have failed the hunter exam please follow me to the boat that will take you to Dolle harbour, you should try again next year because this year was full of monsters even some of those newbies were quite strong, and that number 44 Hisoka gives me a creeps he even killed an examiner last year"

Adam nodded to the man and followed him through the forest to see a boat and multiple contestants throwing rants and men in suits loading unconscious contestants onto the ship

After boarding the ship and finding a relatively empty coner adam began to plan his journey from here

'Although i failed the hunter exam it doent matter i can always come back when its not as bothersome as this time, i have multiple option from here to get stronger, i could go to heavens arena where i can fullfil the conditions for the specialist hatsu that god gave me while also getting some combat experience when i make it to the 200th floor i could get good combat experience for nen battles and even attempt to beat a floor master thatll surely challenge me but i think id be too weak for them who already have their hatsu and trained with them for years'

Adam pondered for many minutes after while continue of thinking other paths he could go down

'another option would be to join the spiders where thy can teah me everything i need to know and also get rich doing it but also risk being targeted by kurapika or even dying while attempting to join and the greater the risk the more your nen grows if they are displeased with me or I am too weak another way is to hire mercenaries to teach me or if i can get enough money i could even hire one of the zolydiacs though im not sure if theyll accept, but teaching can only take you so far before you have to walk by yourself and experiencing real combat and risks will surely boost my nen faster so its best i do it myself'

A look of astonishment crossed adams face and he finally made up his mind

"This might be a bit crazy but this is possibly my best course i could take for my current strength and improve myself in the shortest time" adam mumbled to himself

'ill join the mafia where i can get practical skills from taking on contracts,training,risk of dying and money while also fulfilling the condtions of my specialist hatsu but first ill have to make more progress in my nen before i join or else i will surely die from being too weak and i know where i have to go for that'

Adam then began to practice gyo moving his nen to one place on his body then as quickly as he could move it to another part trying to decrease the time it takes to move his nen around

'I need to prepare for fight if im going to be working in the mafia as nen users willbe common, If i was in a fight this would be too slow to protect my body in time, if i gt it fast enough ill be unmathced if my oppenet ha the same nen amount as me, i can use gyo to attack using all my nen it will only be able to be matched with an equal amount or more nen of their nen if not they will be severely injured,but if they attack me i will be defenseless however if i switch the gyo between my body fast enough i can defend my body while maximising the risk,so attacking and defending using all my nen will give me an advantage in fights, i will not be injured while the other person wont be able to keep up with me if their not able to move their nen fast enough

After a few hours of practising, continuing this training of the movement of his nen adam saw major progress in his movement speed, the amount of progress i am showing with gyo and the movement of nen between my body shows my talent in it if not for this i would not be capable of perfroming this speed in such little amount of time'
