14.Encounter

*BOOM*

The spiky haired man looked back "oi oi oi, this can't be serious right?", he muttered to himself with the corpse's of the shadow beast around him.

He watched as the woman got flung across the battlefield and come to a stop 20 meters away.

"Sigh" Jade exhaled as he landed, but he quickly turned his head as he saw the other phantom troupe's running his way.

"I got to put some distance between us, that man with cross on his forehead gives me a sense of danger!", Jade jumped backwards as the man with the skull and bones arrived right next to the woman.

"Shit!, Shizuku is about to die!, the kid crushed her organs and her heart was pierced!".

The man then swept her of the floor carrying her whilst he gave Jade a glare full of killing intent.

"He might attack me but it's unlikely as he knows the woman is at her last breath" Jade said as he watched the man carry the woman away.

As that happened on another part of the battlefield Kurapika caught sight of the spiky haired man's spider tatto, "Kurapika!, don't attack him" a woman said standing next to him as she played music to calm him down.

It seemed to work but Kurapika was dead set on attacking the spiky haired man, " I can't kill him here with melody, but I'll capture him with my Chain Jail" Kurapika thought.

He then proceeded to run towards the spiky haired man, "Chain Jail!" Kurapika then threw a chain that tightened around the man and hurled him inside a car.

"Hurry melody! Start the car and leave before the other troupe members realise!".

The other troupe member's saw this and chased after Kurapika with a car, a woman with pink hair used her Nen ability threads to try an trap the car, but failed as a man landed on top of their car.

"Oho, you won't be able to capture them" the man said,he then trapped a man with a ponytail as the other troupe members made their escape.

"Shit, that man trapped Nobunaga!" The woman with pink hair said as she looked back.

The remaining shadow beasts arrived and surrounded the escaping group members but the troupe members seemed to be unfazed by this as they all prepared to face off against the Shadow Beasts.

After an hour of sprinting Jade heard something to his right.

"Fun Fun cloth", he turned to see a cloth coming towards him, "WTF?!, isn't that the old man's ability, did he kill him?", Jade jumped backwards escaping to land 5 meters away.

"Him?!, " he must be here to kill me", Jade prepared and gathered Nen to his left hand once more,"I have to praise you kid, the Nen ability you created looks pretty useful" the man with the cross said as he sized up Jade.

"I've had my eye on you after you were able to fight Franklin head on, but I wonder how you was able to create a technique this good? Hmm" the man raised his eyebrows.

Jade stood there with sweat coming down his forehead, "this man is dangerous!" That's all that he was thinking about.

"Seems like you aren't willing to answer" the man smiled, Jade's heart started beating faster as he thought, "he clearly wants to kill me but his holding back for a reason".

"I will need to make the kid somehow touch the book, and it's be even better if he uses the technique again, afterall it can only be stolen in a hour", the man with the cross thought.

As the man continued contemplating on how he'll force Jade to touch the book, Jade sprinted away from him and activated his Time Domain preparing for any attack the man would display.

"Ohh you ran that was a smart decision kid, it's a pity that we can't fight today but we'll fight someday, I have something important to do".

"But since you killed two of my members the next time I see you will be the date of you're death" the man with the cross's eyes had a murderous glint in them.

Jade looked back as he saw the man vanish, "huh?, his not attacking me, I just killed two of his members?", Jade said as he sprinted to where he last saw Kurapika.

Kurapika and the bodyguards then take the spiky haired man to an undisclosed location to interrogate him, the man chained up says "haha if you dumb fucks release me I'll let you all live" feeling the Pressure coming from him the bodyguards step back.

"What happened to the auction attendees?", "hehe, they all died!, ah also bodyguards dressed like you were amongst them too hahaha".

*Bang*, Kurapika punched the spiky haired man causing bloody to leak from his mouth, "haha", the man just kept laughing making kurapika more enraged, "Kurapika, don't succumb to his level" "but Dalzollene, didn't you hear they killed our comrades!" Kurapika shouted.

The head bodyguard Dalzollene then called the mafia " the Nostrade Family has captured one of the thieves", "good work" came a voice from the phone, "but the Shadow Beasts have all been wiped out".

"Huh?!", Dalzollene hearing that gasped.

After ten minutes of asking questions Kurapika then left, "I wonder what hisoka wants" he then arrived at their pre arranged rendezvous, there he saw hisoka standing.

Hisoka seeing Kurapika walked up to him greeting him, "hey there blondie", with Kurapika not replying.

"Your pretty boring" Hisoka said with a creepy smile, "get straight to the point Hisoka".

"Ok, you want to know about the spiders right?", "well the reason I joined the phantom troupe was to fight their leader, Chrollo Lucilfer".
