''I didn't expect the distance between the south and the Asta village to be this short.'' Isla remarked, glancing at the familiar view outside the window from time to time. She could see the south bustling with many people.
Honestly, she did not expect to reach this place so soon. Apart from stopping at different inns during the two days of their travel, they didn't experience any issues on their third day, which was today as they entered into the south. Isla was sure that if they hadn't stopped to rest in those inns, they could have reached the south within a day and half or less.
''The south is very close to the west and east, but much farther from the north. The only reason why it takes days for one to travel from the south to west or east is because people stop to rest or other problems can be in the way.'' Her father's words were the same as her thoughts.
If the journey is this short, why does it take a long time to deliver a letter?
