Gepeng and Calvin

I was just about to lay down when my cell phone rang.

I glanced at the screen of the rectangular object and smiled when I saw Gepeng's name appear there.

"Why Peng?" I asked as soon as the phone was connected.

"Just wanted to say, late at night you don't have to go to headquarters, don't bother making food and coffee, I'll just buy snacks and coffee later. You look really tired today!"

For some reason, hearing Gepeng say that, I immediately felt suspicious.

"Yeah, tonight I'll just stay home, watching Korean dramas," I said forcefully.

"Where are you?"

"Room!"

"Well, you should rest, don't forget to eat!"

"Yes!" I said slowly.

"Mel, get me a drink!" said Calvin very loudly.

Unlucky! I'm pretty sure he did it on purpose.

"Mel, you're in your room, right?" asked Gepeng suspiciously.
