"Mom asked you to come see your aunt, not to chat with other people."
"Sister Zizhuo isn't just anybody." Du Li frowned and muttered.
"Right, she's not an outsider, I'm the outsider, right?"
Du Wenyin said irritably, giving Chu Liangxia a fierce look before snatching the bag from Du Li's hand and heading straight upstairs.
Du Li watched her retreating back in silent disbelief.
What's all this about insiders and outsiders? Isn't this just making a fuss about nothing?
Looking at Du Li with a sense of resignation, Chu Liangxia shook her head helplessly.
"Sister Zizhuo, did I say something wrong?" Du Li, confused, walked over to her.
"When do you start school?"
Chu Liangxia, having picked up a dumpling, skillfully changed the subject.
"School starts next Monday, still a few days away," Du Li sat down opposite her, reached for a dumpling from the steamer, took a bite, then continued, "I've been so restless at home every day, Dad urged me to come check on my aunt."
