In a luxurious room, two people with similar looks can be seen, a little redhead was getting being worn a cute red dress by the older looking women.

"There done, you dress looks brilliant with your red hair" said Venelana to her only daughter, "Thank you mom" said the little ball of sunshine.

"Only if your brother will let me dress him up, he always somehow escape from my clutches" said Venelana with a helpless look on her face.

"All he does is sleep, he doesn't even plays with me" said Rias with a pout on her face.

"Well, your brother is certainly special in that way" said her mother with a strange expression on her face. 'If one may look at Hiro, he might be called a slow child or rather dumb if you compare him to his peers, but underneath that facade is a hidden intelligence that we sometimes get glimpse of , or that 's what I am hoping, otherwise he really will have problem growing up, especially here as we are nobles. It's actually funnier if one thought that seeing him awake is rarer than seeing one of Great Satans being free from work, however absurd it may sound.' thought Venelana

" So, shall we head to the main hall where other's are waiting for us" , the only reply she got was bouncing of her daughter and Rias dragging her. 'How cute' 

However, that expression might have been more appropriate seeing her son being carried by a maid she sent to get wake him up, which will happen in few minutes.

"So, Rias what have you been up to these days " asked Sirzech 

"Well, I have fun exploring the town, these days" said Rias who was bouncing on her seat, her excitement practically radiating off.

"Oh, how have you been studies going regarding reading and writing the common language ?" asked Venelana's daughter in her law which was not in her trademark maid outfit,' teasing her about it always fun by our family members, even Hiro does that, the better reaction we get from her is either from Sirzech or Hiro, the former for obvious reasons and later due to him making double meaning comments at exact moments' thought Venelana.

'The astounding fact is that, we even don't know that whether he knows what he is saying that or not, if we go by normal standards , or let's say a our standards as Rias is, the answer would be clear no, as kids his age aren't that proficient in reading and writing, even if they do learn basics by now, which is saying a lot if we compare it to human kids, Devils do reach maturity mentally around 10 years old, however their progression is very different from human kids, they might be leaps ahead in some aspects and leaps behind in some different aspects, making it harder for it to compare by those standards, but moving on Rias is being avoiding learning the things she is supposed to learn, which is completely understandable if we see her age or her being living a luxurious life up until now , which is her privilege for being noble, but those also have drawbacks considering how she and Hiro will have to have her engagement fixed at 11 years, this is a must for noble families, to keep the blood pure and like any other family, we cannot shield her from the elders of Gremory family, actually we can, but coddling her like that will be bad for her in long time' , 

'Actually back to Hiro, he surprisingly has learned the language and able to read and write quite fast, we exactly don't know how much long it took him, coz, it did started few months back, and we were trying to take it slow in the beginning, so, when tried to stop him from sleeping more under the guise of that after 4 months from starting, he just told he learned it fully, his claim was later verified by the maid they were assigned to tutor, who actually is sitting with us at the moment

So, him learning about bees and birds from devilnet or any book is not unlikely and the fact that what his first word, It is highly likely he knows what he is saying' Venelana thought while glaring at her older son for being bad influence to his second one.

Well, the family who were waiting for the last member to arrive didn't had to wait for long as their youngest son was being carried by a maid in a outfit bordering formal has arrived.

The lady of the House barely held a squeal, to hide that, she put a frown on her face, the Gremory Head just laughed loudly, amused by his son's antics, Rias was confused why her twin is being carried and Grayfia was expecting something along those lines.

Well, the response he gave to mom for his conduct was handled in such a way that he will get away scot free for most part. People were not believing in his shamelessness, it exactly sounded like how most nobles living a life of debauchery like that should act but never did due to lack of balls.

Rias was amazed by the solution he came up with as she herself is sloth, so she praised him.

"You really are incarnation of Sloth in devil form" Zeoticus said with a sagely nod.

Venelana was not pleased by that comment in the slightest.

After few hours of celebration, they were currently having dinner while chatting, that is surpising to be found if considered noble etiquettes and all.

"Hey old man, now that I am 3 years old, shouldn't I be given full access to all information regarding magic, runes and arrays knowledge of the House Gremory " Hiro said suddenly 

"Well, I could give you access to basic knowledge about that topics and anything beyond that will require merits to be gained" said the head of House Gremory

"What old man, aren't you the head of House Gremory ?, can't you just give me full access to it coz I am you son " Hiro said shamelessly with a straight face.

'Kids generally are treated as mini adults around 5 or 6 , but we have started to treat him like that already due to his behaviour and other factors, but seeing him so shameless, I guess that was correct decision, giving him the child card would be idiotic of us in long run' thought Sirzech 

"So?, I am the head , I have to appear impartial " said Zeoticus who was having his revenge for calling him 'old man'.

"Old man, think it through, if anybody ask you why you gave me access to it, just tell them that it is investment for the whole house itself, when I create a new artifact or release the newly improved arrays and runes, I can give some share of my pie to House Gremory" Hiro said 

Almost everybody was shocked hearing that, not only about he becoming a researcher or artifact creator but also the fact that he is confident that he is gonna make it big.

"You are being childish, you think that making artifacts or improving the arrays is child's play, let's say that even you do it, do you think it will be significant to the House, it would be just chump change for us" scoffed Zeoticus

"Old man Gremory name will be skyrocketed due to me in around a decade, people will know about Ajuka level talent has appeared after me making my name in the hell" said Hiro in the same tone, remaining unfazed.

Zeoticus snorted at that, "Oh, is that so Mr future Ajuka, how about we sign a contract for the percentage this house will get from selling your inventions or releasing your papers " he said with a mocking tone

"I won't give more than 1 percent, a contract of 20 years should do the trick" Hiro said in the same tone.

"What?, I won't take less than 50 percent, plus that is me being generous, do you think that anybody else will offer you the treasure trove of knowledge our clan has ?" Zeoticus said 

"Nope, I am not backing off on my offer, If you are not giving me access to Gremory clan's , then I could always ask Big brother to give me access to library of Government has store in it" Hiro said with a smirk on his face.

"Hey , now don't drag me in your argument , also getting that access is not that simple" Sirzech said while taking sipping on his coffee, unfortunately he again has to go to work after this party ends.

Hiro motioned me to come near him " Put a barrier to not let sound escape" he said aiming to keep his next words secret from others.

Everyone raised a brow at that, impressed by his thoughtful solution , He actually knew that they would be able to hear him despite him whispering.

Sirzech just did that, he put a high level barrier which even his fellow Super satan level wife won't be able to bypass, "I am gonna tell you Grayfia about the stack of porn collection you have in the 3rd row of your bookshelf, which is hidden by different book cover."Hiro said

Sirzech was shocked that his collection 's location is known by his younger brother, but he regained his bearings like a Great Satan he is, "Unlucky for you, but Grayfia already found them last week" he smirked like the great satan he is , one upped his brother which is rare thing to do.

Hiro was left speechless by that, his black material was unfortunately taken away from him by his one -chan.

He tapped at one point of barrier , put some magic into that spot, repeated that at multiple spots for a minute.

As the barrier was for to trap sounds, people outside still can see what Hiro is doing. The residents except for Rias was dumbfounded at what he was doing, they recognized what he is trying to do, but the process was completely unorthodox.

A minute later, the barrier broke, shocking them again at the speed described by the supposedly 3 year old.

"I see, that's why you had bruises when you came last week, Grayfia one-chan found your ecchi collection " The redhead said with a smug look.

Everyone's gaze went to Sirzech, "We really need to talk about this later, Husband~" Grayfia said with a smile on her face.

Sirzech shivered and instantly tried to change the subject "Well, Hiro how did you know how to break a barrier in such a way" and he was successful in that as everyone's gaze went back to the youngest.

"Well, I have seen magic circles in appliances work and few teleportation spells One-chan uses, so , how to not make them do their purpose is very simple" Hiro said in a nonchalant tone.

'No wonder he made some big claims, it is quite insane for a 3 year old to do what he did just by some prior observation, him backing those claims might really be just matter of time' Almost everybody thought 

" Well, if oni-chan you aren't gonna sponsor me , then I can always go to Levia-tan, She will be happy to sponsor a genius like me" said Hiro in a teasing tone with a wink.

"Hey now, I was just kidding, I can give you the entry to the Central Library by tomorrow morning if Dad doesn't agrees by then " Sirzech instantly changed his tune, he definitely didn't wanted for his younger siblings to not look up to him due to his fellow Super Satan

Everyone rolled their eyes on this scene, and after few minutes of banter with old man by Hiro, he got access to library of Gremory Clan for free.
