CHAPTER Nineteen

  Aria

After we had returned to our room, I decided to take a shower whilst Hunter went to check on some paperwork.

As I dried myself and reached for the clothing rack I finally became aware that I had forgotten to bring clothes from the closet.

"Damn it!" I muttered under my breath and wrapped the short towel around me; It barely reached my thighs.

As far as I could assume, Hunter was not going to come back so early so without giving it much thought I walked outside the bathroom.

But soon as I walked out of the bathroom and chose to move towards the closet whilst fixing the towel around myself but I had taken only a few steps when my head hit something hard.

My feet slipped causing me to lose my balance and a gasp tore from my mouth.

I closed my eyes bracing myself for the impact but a pair of hands slipped around my waist stopping my body from landing on the floor.

My eyelids flew open as his scent wafted into my nostrils and my gaze locked with his ones.
