CHAPTER Forty-Nine

  Aria

Hunter set me on the bathroom counter, drying my body with a towel.

"You are very fragile," He commented as he took a look at the red marks on his fingers around my wrist.

I could care less about his comment, and more at the sight of him that remained in front of my gaze.

He was breathtakingly beautiful, and of course, he knew my thoughts. My face could never lie.

As my eyes basked in the scene of his freshly showered face, dark hair locks falling over his forehead and glistening waterdrops trailing down the curve of his abs before disappearing underneath the towel hanging low around his hips, the heat began rising in my core once again.

"I think you can now take some rest and..." He stopped in midway, the green of his eyes turning into a much darker shade while the flicker passed through them and his nostrils flaring the slightest bit as he inhaled.

He smelled it. My arousal was so evident to get unnoticed by this overly alert creature.
