On the last day of the week that Keturah was meant to be discharged from the hospital, she stood in the NICU and stared at her baby girl one more time.

The money had already been paid to her account and it was more than she had asked for. Reginald even bought her a car.

The tears spilled out of her eyes as she smiled. She was happy and sad at the same time.

Happy that Fortune will have a wonderful future and sad that they wouldn't meet again.

"I love you my sweet girl…be a good girl for your father, okay?" She smiled sadly as the tears rushed out.

The infant had her eyes wide open as she stared at her mother in wonder.

"Oh my God…this is so hard…" Keturah clasped her hand over her mouth before turning to walk out of the room with the help of a nurse with a heavy heart.

And as the nurse assisted her out of the room, they heard Fortune begin to cry as if she knew she wouldn't be seeing her mother anytime soon.
