"Remind me why your hands are wrapped around my woman's wrist?"
Both Skai and Davion blinked severally before whipping their heads towards the door and the man standing before them.
Staring at Davion's hand on Skai's wrist, Damien's eyes darkened from their usually emerald green as the aura he carried exuded a deathly charm.
"Davion, Davion," Damien drawled, noticing the latter still hadn't moved a muscle. "My words were clear, weren't they?"
Skai swallowed the lump in her throat.
He looked like he could kill any second and she knew he would. He had the same aura he did back then when Craig had attacked her.
She looked at Davion, hoping he would comply but to Skai's amazement, the latter smiled even in this situation and pushed their joined hands properly in Damien's line of sight.
"Davion."
"What is so bad about me holding our employee's wrist?"
Damien's eyes narrowed. "You said?"
