Hell's Eternal (Dropped)

*The last time I wrote a book was in second grade and language arts were always my least favorite classes. So don't expect gold.* A guy dies then meets a ROB who turns out to be a sadist. After which he gets a couple of wishes, and bada-bing bada-boom he ends up in one of the deepest parts of hell next to a certain insane angel. Sounds fun right... yeah... no. [A/N: I don't own the cover, if you're the original author and want me to remove it, please contact me.] [A/N: I do not own Marvel. I am only playing in their universe(s)]

C47 Parkour

I stop and look up, 'So it starts—'

"Forward prisoner," I'm nudged softly from behind.

This guy must've heard the conversation I had with Hadvar for him to be so nice.

I look back down and walk the rest of the way to my fellow death row mates.

'He seems like a nice enough fella; hopefully, he doesn't get turned into charcoal.'

Tullius already lectured Ulfric, and the priest was just now being interrupted by the suicidal guy—he still died.

'I wonder if there was ever a mod to save him...'

After he was moved away, someone that isn't me is called to the block.

This is when a much louder roar is heard, and everyone finally starts getting riled up.

Eventually, Alduin can be seen, but unlike the game, he has six limbs, a tail, and is around five times bigger than in the game.

He lands on the tower, next to the executioner, just in time to save the man being executed.

Too bad he, along with the executioner, gets turned into meat paste by a massive piece of rubble.

This is also when the meteors start falling and destroy half the town within a few dozen seconds.

I'm not idle and run to the adjacent tower while picking up an iron dagger from a fallen imperial.

'Do I go story route?'

I look at the chaos outside as I cut away my binds.

'Yeah, I'll stick with the story for now, then slowly fuck shit up later.'

Ulfric and a few Stormcloaks enter the same tower as me, but I don't stick around and climb the stairs partway and wait for my gogo hole to be made.

Soon enough, it is—I only had to dodge the flames.

Jumping from the hole, I did some amazing parkour that no one saw and land in a collapsing house.

Getting out, I go straight to the stone wall before Alduin can land on it.

Running along the wall, I eventually enter another house; to get through, I had to jump over a burning log that had fallen.

'The people here must've had a good evacuation protocol; I haven't seen a single corpse inside the houses so far... I saw plenty of dead outside, though.'

After the second house, I make my way to the Helgen Keep before Ralof or Hadvar can.

Entering it, I see a Stormcloak soldier sitting in a chair about to die from wounds.

Upon seeing me, he musters enough energy to raise his axe a bit, "You—are you an Imperial?"

I ignore the weapon and ready one of the two spells I know from my 'inherited' memories; Healing.

"No."

He nearly passes out after hearing me, but I already reach him and forcefully make the caster-only spell work on him.

'I may not understand much yet, but I have enough skill with other magics to do something so minor.'

Regaining some spirit, he asks, "You're a mage?"

"Um, no. I only know a few things that can help in a pinch—like bleeding out."

A minute later, he's healed and can fight again, though not at his full ability; Ralof also comes in at this time.

Seeing me, he says, "You—you made it too!"

Then he looks at the man practice swinging his axe, "Gunjar! Good, we should have a chance of making it out of here alive with the three of us."

He stops talking and checks the side doors, while Gunjar answers back, "I would've bled out by now if not for—" he looks at me.

"Zadkiel."

"Zadkiel here. Some rubble nicked me good back there."

After that, they talked about the dragon attack while I stayed back, waiting for the captain and her lackey to come through with the key.

They did after another minute.

We all hid as she came through the side door; It's just that three people were with her instead of one, like in the game.

She double-teamed Ralof while Gunjar and I fought one soldier each.

I only had to throw my dagger at my opponent's eye to kill him.

Then I took his sword before he fell and cut the wrist of Gunjar's opponent.

It wasn't deep enough to cut tendons, but it'll make his sword handle slippery.

'Damn, this body is slow.'

After that, I moved to help Ralof, but Ms. Dominatrix noticed me by then.

"So, you are a Stormcloak!" she swung at me with more skill than the soldier.

But it was still easy for me to deflected it to the side, "Nope," and then Spartan Kick her into a wall.

'My skill is still the same, though.'

Walking to her, I say, "I'm just a guy in the right place at the right time."

"Uh—" before she can register the meaning of my words, I cut through her neck, ending her life.

Afterward, I search her body for the key; finding it, I turn around to see the other two finishing their respective battles.

"Ready to go?" I hold up the key.

All I get in response are nods and the sound of heavy breathing.

I unlock the door, and we all start trekking down through the keep.

The path we're on crumbles, so we take an alternate route and run into three more Imperial soldiers.

They end no better than their comrades from upstairs.

We take a few potions and quickly scarf down some bread and cheese left on a table.

'I don't even recall the last time I've felt actual hunger... I don't like it—though, I do like the feeling of it being alleviated.

After the 'fast food' break, we start going deeper into the keep.

We enter the dungeon after descending even more stairs and see the torturer fighting a couple of Stormcloaks.

Joining the battle, his assistant dies in a few seconds while the torturer has his arms and legs severed.

I did him the favor of—poorly—cauterizing them with my other spell, flames, so he won't die right away.

Then I stuffed his mouth with a bloody rag and pat his cheek, "Don't die too quickly, now."

Standing up, I see everyone looking at me.

Ralof says, "Didn't you say you weren't a warrior or something like that?"

I smirk, "I said, that based on my appearance, I'm not exactly a warrior."

I move to a cell and try cutting through its medieval padlock with the flame spell but condensed to a needle-thin stream.

"But looks are often deceiving, are they not?"

It works but took a dozen seconds.

I pick up the few Septims on the floor along with the 'Sparks' spell tome and a Magicka potion, then searched the dead prisoner for valuables.

I notice that his robes have an enchantment of some kind, but I don't bother taking it, as I'll have time to learn later.

Once done, I healed everyone's wounds after they found better weapons and shields in the lockup.

All I have is a sword, tunic, and some light armor I found that fits over the top.

After everyone was situated, we headed through the back of the dungeon.

Eventually, we reach a hole in the wall that leads to an underground waterway.

We go through and find a small stone platform with a bridge; the other side has Imperial soldiers and some archers; they appear to be waiting for more Imperials.

We sneak in and get the drop on two.

I, and one other, take their longbows and start loosing arrows at the opposing archers while everyone charges the rest.

In the end, we're victorious, but I had to save one of the new guy's lives after he was cut badly.

After that, Ralof, Gunjar, and I leave through another passage while the others stay behind.

While we leave, I twirl a Warhammer that I took off a fallen enemy.

After crossing a draw bridge, the tunnel started collapsing.

'Just like the game—I wonder if there's an actual force doing this or not?'

We follow the waterway through some passages where I find a bag of Septims by a skeleton—the bag fell apart.

After a few more minutes, we enter an open area.

As we get halfway through, giant spiders descend from the ceiling and attack us.

I just burn them all.

'I don't like those things very much.'

Though, I did notice something a bit concerning; the reason I actually need, not just want, to make this body stronger.

Small cracks formed on my palms while frying all those spiders; they shined golden, the color of my soul.

It closed up right afterward, but it still highlighted the issue.

In the Elder Scrolls universe, one's body and soul are extremely intertwined and have a great effect on each other; if something happens to one, it will affect the other in some way.

'And right now, my soul is massively overpowering my body.'

If there was just a little difference, the body would slowly change to accommodate, but that's not the case.

And it doesn't help that Magicka is primarily controlled by the soul, which exasperates the problem further.

'Guess it'll be the warrior route for me until I get this fixed.'

After dealing with the spiders, we kept going through the tunnels and following the water until we ran into a bear.

I was bored of all the small fries and just ran up to it and swung the pointed end of my hammer into its skull as it failed to hit me with its paw.

"I guess looks can be deceiving..." I hear Ralof say as they walk up to me.

"Knowing that may save your life one day," I reply while pulling out my hammer.

'I doubt it, though. He still seems to think I'm a 'good guy' when that's probably not going to be the case; I haven't decided quite yet...'

After that, we found the exit and left—just in time for Alduin to fly overhead.

'Coincidence? I won't be going too far off the 'expected path' until I figure that out.'

After he flies away, Ralof says, "He's gone. We should get out of here; Imperials will be swarming this place in no time."

I nod and start pulling off my armor, "You two should take off your armor as well; don't want to attract unwanted attention."

They do, and then we hike down from the cave exit at as fast a pace we can muster.

All we have for protection are tunics and bows, as they're the only things without some kind of insignia.

Once we find a road, Ralof says, "My sister runs a mill in Riverwood; it should be just up the road a ways. I'm sure she'll help us out."

Gunjar and I follow him; we don't run into anything along the way and end up in Riverwood before nightfall.

Ralof's sister is more than happy to let the two of us stay the night, though she does want one of us to let Jarl Balgruuf know about Helgen and send more guards.

I volunteer since—I have to—though that doesn't mean I'm going straight there.

'Like I'm going all the way to Whiterun and then all the way back to get the Dragonstone; I'll just get it on my way.'

Thinking that, I tuck in my night roll and rest the body that's slowly deteriorating.

//Note//

It's a bit step-by-step but it was the tutorial, so cut me some slack.

I really liked writing this chapter, though...

— —

I would love to go really in-depth and make his time in TES last hundreds of chapters, but I'm not going to.

At least—I think I won't.

I'm not super familiar with all the missions anymore, as it's been a while since the last time I played.

/I'm honestly afraid to pick it up again because I'd probably end up putting all my time into it—again.../

It'd be boring to write about a hundred different side quests too.

I'll still write him doing stuff but I'll probably gloss over anything I don't find interesting.

Wait... Isn't this what I do already?

— —

If you're curious about what was meant by the Tower from the last chapter, you can look up a video called "Elder Scrolls Universe EXPLAINED - How It Started, And How It Will End" by "Avarti."

Long story short, the structure of the entire Elder Scrolls Universe is that of a tower.

The MC wasn't talking about a tower that's built from stone or something.

— —

Google says tails are only considered limbs if they can grab stuff.

So dragons have six limbs and a tail, as I'm pretty sure they can't grab stuff with it.

The MC, however, has seven limbs in his true form since he can grab stuff with his tail.

— —

His new body looks the same as the Skyrim trailer's nord.

He obviously isn't going to keep this new look forever.

A vain bastard like the MC won't let himself stay in something 'inferior' for too long.
