Sweeping through the floors!

Michel along with Pate, Wyatt, and his summon was currently on the move towards the second floor's Trial house.

Unlike the first floor, where he took the challenge in the capital, he choose a remote place for his second floor's Trial to avoid any unnecessary troubles!

Pate, who was hovering in the air, looked at him and said,

{So, you were the Heir of the Crazy Necromancer, no wonder, you were able to easily use engrave!}

Michel looked back at the hovering skull and said with a silly smile, "Well, I too found out about that recently"

{Huh?}

The skull tilted in confusion!

"It's a long story, I will tell you when we are free"

{Like you are doing anything important now}

"Ok, I'll tell you, It seems like my gramps and grandma died before my birth, and my parents ran away from the tower, rising me in the woods"

{.....That was too short for a long story}

"Anyway, you got the gist of it, right? it's a bit...no, more that a bit complicated, I myself don't know much about what happened in the past"

Said pate sarcastically, while nodding.

"Seems like the 'polite' education was still not enough for you, huh?"

Michel said in a threatening voice looking at it with scary eyes!

The skull immediately tried to correct itself remembering the nightmare it went through!

"I will let it slide for now since I am busy now, let's go we have a record to break after all"

After obtaining the first position on the first floor, Michel was aiming for the ranking on all upcoming floors.

Not long after they reached the trial house and entered the portal to the second floor's trial without much hassle.

The Second floor was a maze where the Challenger was supposed to find the correct path to exit the maze.

The second floor was considered fairly challenging as many participants wandered around the maze for days without being able to find the correct path.

And even a single wrong move would lead them towards various vicious traps or strong monsters waiting for them.

Even after overcoming all that, the shortage of food would also be a major problem if the challenger wastes too much time since no consumables were allowed on the second floor's trial!

But all it took for Michel to clear the second floor was, the guidance of the flaming skull hovering above the large walls of the maze!

with Pate, guiding him through the correct path, avoiding all the monsters and traps, he leisurely walked through the maze and soon exited through the passage out.

Since his goal was reached, Michel started to move toward the next destination, The Third floor-floor.

The third-floor trial, like the first floor, was a guardian challenge, where the challenge has to defeat the guardian to move onto the next floor.

The Guardian that Michel had to dace was an Aboleth!

It was an Amphibian monster with numerous melee tentacles and psychic ability on top of that!

But in front of Michel who used his sniping talent while using his undead army as a meat shield, it too bit the dust!

This time he failed to get the first place, but it was inevitable since Necromancer themself are more advantageous in fighting against a group rather than a single strong individual!

He also tried to summon the Aboleth as a skeleton but failed since his mastery was not enough to summon high-tier monsters yet.

"Let's go, we are not stopping until we reach the 5th floor!"

The sadness was evident in his voice as he was dejected not being able to get first place, but, his resolve to get first place on the next floor was further strengthened by it!

The undead army behind him had received the Order as they headed towards the fourth floor.

The fourth floor was a bit different from the previous floors, Michel had to clear a group of lv.30 lizardmen to move to the next floor, and for him who was a Necromancer, he couldn't ask for anything better as one by one all his midget skeleton summon changed to lizardmen except for Wyatt.

Once again he managed to achieve first place!!

Except for the achievements, he had also leveled up to level lv.20, and in the meantime all his summons were changed into long-mouthed lizardmen!

A group of about twenty skeleton lizardmen standing behind a midget skeleton and a flaming skull hovering in the air was a rare sight that made Michel's eye twitch in absurdity!

But he managed to recompose himself thinking about what was about to happen!

"It's time to receive the Inheritance, let's see how amazing is the inheritance of the Crazy Necromancer!"
