Introduced yourself, Orientation Week begin!

a sunny morning that has been seen on the horizon that keeps the light of life shining on the darkness. this sunday, they will take part in the introduction of the university. they will stay at the university camp for 2 days and must obey the seniors.

Dewi, Rafa, Sebastian and Ajeng had to separate because they had different lanes( seniors ). they also have different major, such as Dewi focusing on English Literature, Rafa enter Law Department, Ajeng choosing Indonesian Literature and Sebastian choose Engineering.

After preparations, such as use makeup, wearing neat clothes and others, they leave and say "see you in faculty associations tomorrow". after being at the door, they came out separately

Dewi, who was very impatient, hurriedly went to the university field( because this is an international school, the field they have is very large, about 1 km+ wider, so each branch/senior can be far away without disturbing each other.

Because it was only 6.50 am, the seniors had not come to the field. the students must sit in the field first before the event starts.

Dewi was in area 3, and right now in here there's 20 people with her. Dewi was confused, whether they were new colleagues or what because when she came here they only numbered 19. out of curiosity, she then asked a friend of her faculty next to her

"hii, i wanna ask you. are you english literature student?" she's asking with covering her eyes because the light sun is too bright

"yeah am i" he answered briefly

" ahh, but i don't think see you and the other. i just knew few people here. are they new too?"

" what do you mean? i already here at least two months before you got here.... probably you had different clusters? because i'd heard that there's four or five clusters and i am from cluster two " he explained while drinking the drink he brought

" ahh oke, thanks, anyway what is.... "

Before she finished speaking, a senior came from a distance and shouted for his juniors to stand up.

" GET UP!!! " with a very firm and loud banging sound

When Dewi stood up and looked at her senior, she didn't expect that the very dashing voice was the person she had met in the hotel, Cool Boy. she didn't consciously expect that a guy with a soft, sometimes inaudible voice had a loud, dashing and cool voice.

" Hello guys, today in this Monday, 7 July 2023, we will do something that you probably never done. but before that i wanna all of you doing introducing yourself in front of here"

"yaaaaa...." answer of everyone

'who is he?? why he' s very different than i saw yesterday, it's not him, his behavior is not like that' Dewi who was confused by her senior mentality, like a different person

" oke, i will introduce my self first..."

" Hello my lovely junior, my name is Rian Wang, i am from China. i was born in Xinjiang, December 2, 2003. I've been here for two years and I'm going to be the senior who educates and helping you this year. i looking forward to working with you!.... "

"nahh i am done and now is your turn. so, first is starting from the right. you, please introduce yourself !!! " he continued whilst pointing the person

They then began the introduction. Dewi will start her introduction at the end of the line

After 20 minutes, the introduction has reached 17 lines. and right now, Line 18 turn,

" hallo, my name is Sari Fitriani. you guys can call me Fitri, i am from Japan. i was born in Yogyakarta, 3 June 2005. i raised in Tokyo with my mom. i am looking forward to working with you guys " spoken in a stammering tone

' she looking like nervous. maybe Japanese upbringing is like that, or probably she is introvert person??? .... ' the whisper in Dewi's mind when saw her do introduction

Continued by line 19, the person next to Dewi,

" Hiiiiii, greetings all. my name is Bruno Asbezte, i am from Philippines. i was born in Manila, 3 January 2004. Nice to meet you guys. hope we get along!" his introducing himself with his cheerful face

After he go back, Dewi will Introduction herself. in that time, the sun is covered with clouds, making the sunlight lose its bright rays. this makes Rian will see her. however, he probably will surprised if he knew me!

'don't be nervous. pretend that you don't know him and it will be fine' she had to pretend she didn't know him, especially in front of many people.

After a long time, it was finally Dewi turn to introduce. when she stood up, Rian was surprised because the person he met yesterday would be his junior. he doesn't recognize her because his vision distracted by sun. in his heart, he felt happy, because there was still a chance to take her heart to support him with her roommate. Rian didn't know that Dewi's mind and her behavior was so innocent, so innocent, that Ajeng couldn't say anything more. same with the person he likes

"Haii yall. i am Dewi Ayu, i am from Indonesia. i was born in Solo, 2 February 2005. nice to meet yall, Thank you (very much) in advance"

After the introduction ends, they were told to stand there for an hour with doing nothing but cannot sit, or eating. just stand there and do nothing. this activity started at that time, at 8 am. even though it's still morning, but the heat had already started to sting and burn the skin.

before doing it , they were told to apply sunscreen so that their skin would not be exposed to UV, even though like that, the heat was still very hot and still feel like in the hell.

Rian asked for help from health workers if someone fell or fainted. he is fully responsible for the implementation of this task. there should have been 3 friends who help him, but they had a task and couldn't help Rian. but when they new colleger gather tomorrow , they must be able to join.

After sunbathing for an hour, they were told to pick up garbage in the yard, classroom, and in the field. each student must collect at least 1 garbage bag and it is assessed. Dewi, who was not strong to stand up and cannot listening her senior, sat down for a while to rest. Rian who saw it, tell her immediately....

"DEWI!!! STAND UP!!!!!" the loud voice made all students shocked and surprised by the loudness of the voice. even his voice rang out to Sebastian and Ajeng's place. It was really terrible that Dewi immediately stood up and returned to line up instantly

"Please!!! Don't do rest if i said not. you not child anymore. you should keep your body stand up, OKEEEEEE???????" he scolded all his junior students, especially Dewi that she was most targeted for

"OKKKK!" the student's answer was the same as the trembling tone because they was afraid of Rian.

'he so scary when he is angry'

"GOOOOO!!" Rian started, requiring all students to pick up the garbage.

Dewi started picking up garbage in the university yard. while picking up garbage, Sebastian, who was also picking up garbage, approached Dewi.

"yuu, they are so cruel. what the heck it was? but your senior is more crazy than i thought. who is he? tell me, if i know the person i will avoid it as far as possible" while picking up the garbage that was left

"you will know it later...."

while they were chatting, suddenly Sebastian's senior approached him and called him out loud,

"Sebastian, born in Bandung, 6 August 2005. can you just picking the trash without talking no sense? CAN YOU?!!!"

Hearing the blah blah blah and annoying voice of his senior girl made Sebastian leaving two of them. he left without saying anything to his senior

"that b*tch!!! he's so crazy. i can't handle this little sl*t" said rudely while leaving Dewi alone there

'what the hell with this girl... talking no sense? Hello.... you are the no sense. and sl*t? are she doesn't have any mirror when said that?' anger in her mind with a cynical look at Sebastian's senior.

Dewi then continued searching and picking up the garbage. when picking up garbage, she remembered when she was in high school, when her friends were playing, having fun, all she did was study and looking for plastic garbage to use as money for her daily needs.

the time showed 12 pm, this was the time for them to rest after cleaning the whole school place. they were all told to take a shower and clean themselves. because of the difference in seniority, Dewi and her roommate cannot gather or take a bath in the same place.

After bathing, they were given free food from their seniors' money such as nasi goreng, ayam goreng, and mie goreng. juniors do not have to pay or dues. It is an activity for the approach between juniors and seniors or juniors and juniors. Anyways, that food is seniors who treat them because they want to give the best for their junior

they then rest for two hours from 12.00 to 14.00, It was used by Dewi to chat with Ajeng about the incident earlier in Library. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Rafa chose to go to a rest area to sleep

"heh!!! i heard that your senior is crazy.... are you oke over there?" Ajeng ask with little worried

" i am oke kar... don't you worry. i just feel like my senior had different personality"

"what do you mean by that?" ask with curiosity radiating on her face

"my senior is..."

Just as she was about to explain, Ajeng's senior suddenly approached her,

" Ajeng Kartika, born in Denpasar, 6 January 2005, can you do me favor? i wanna you to help me brought ten Sastra Indonesia book, i can't brought twenties book just myself"

Out of pity, Ajeng helping her and picking up some of the books she carry on.

"can you tell me later, yu? Okeee?" while leaving her and get out of the library

After the talk, she immediately go to rest area. because she felt tired and had no friends to talk to, Dewi decided to sleep, especially since there were still 1.5 hours left for rest. Dewi was afraid that later she will not even be allowed to rest like before.
