Bloop! Bloop!

Deep underwater, where the light of the sun cannot reach the depths of the waters, a large city arranged in a circular pattern laid. The city was well lit by hundreds of blue and green lanterns and its buildings looked to be made from a light gray stone.

At the center of the city, a large palace was built from the same stone. However, a large bubble dome surrounded the entire structure, keeping water out of the palace. All around, Sea Beasts occupied the city.

Suddenly, a small wooden ship descended, getting closer and closer to the city by the second. 

The Sea Beasts within the city looked in the direction of the boat, frowning at the intruder.

Whoosh!

A dignified looking Sea Beast with a turtle's shell on his back swam up, his hands clasped behind his back. He had short orange hair, along with a little bit of stubble. Overall, he looked slightly above average for a middle aged man.

"Stop!!"
