Why do I feel like I am not the Main Character? The Legend of the Legendary Hero's Partner

Note: The reason I called the main character of this chapter Finley is because its one a random gender neutral name I found online. I did not determine the gender of the person. As the story can be branched off to multiple romance paths or just a path without romance.

Finley, can be said to be the most confident person in the world. And have the strength to back it up! In this world, there are things called "Titles". People can be born with it, or acquire one. Usually when one acquire one is through constant training and/or pure luck. Generally, people who are born with Titles 99% of them have a good effect. Yes! Titles give special effects! However, people who acquire it have a 1% of having a negative effect! The world is a supressing talents from this way.

Finley, was born with the title "Title Slayer". It gives the ability of copying a title of choice + 10% bonus effect from it. Don't look down on this 10%! As you progress, every single stat matters. And the once a Title is copied, unless Finley abandons it for another title, its permanent!

Being born from an ordinary background, Finley had once manage to actually copy a legendary scholar's title of boosting learning speed and comprehension. Allowing Finley to go into the most prestigious academy!

Finley was prepared to dominate everyone after finding the strongest title! Having prestudied every subject.

Going to the virtual reality battle simulator is the best to find the strongest title right?

That is when the real Main Character appears.

After 100 consecutive battles and victories, Finely had decide to rest after one last battle. Having decided on the best title out of the few Finley had found. To find and copy in real life. (Titles copied in virtual reality can't be transferred to real life.)

Finley VS Raku

"Title: Title Slayer has been automatically activated! Here are the effects." (In a battle simulator, every title is refreshed from the start. So you can't enter a battle with max ability power for unfair advantage.)

"Title: MOA (Acquired) (Copied)"

"Being the legendary MOA, what class you're playing must always be visible! Bonus + 10% (Meaning in the virtual simulation, they have to go first to show class. In real life it would always display what class they're using. Which is useless, you will understand soon enough)

"System Alert! Due to you copying your opponent's title, and having an additional bonus effect of 10%, your title is ranked supreme and will take effect over the opponent's!"

Finley at this moment is dumbfounded. Who the hell wants this type of Title. But Titles can't be unequipped nor destroyed.

Finley decided to pick Tank class, having more familarity to it due to games.

"System: Warning! Unofficial Title "Red Bringer of Tank" has been found! Your opponent is a Master of Archery, and is a natural counter to all tanks!" (The System issues unofficals titles after observing the players. And after a moderator approves of it, does it appear.)

So thats what MOA mean, Finley thought back to the title, but in the mind thought "Quite exaggerated just for being a Master of Archery" and made the wise choice of picking assassin instead, to counter.

"System: Warning! Unofficial Title "Red Bringer of Assassin" has been found! Your opponent is a Master of Tank, and is a natural counter to all assassins!"

At this moment, Finley had a thought. And immediately clicked Swordsman.

"System: Warning! Unofficial Title "Red Bringer of Swordsman" has been found! Your opponent is a Master of Mage, and is a natural counter to all swordsman!"

Archery!

"System: Warning! Unofficial Title "Red Bringer of Archery" has been found! Your opponent is a Master of Assassin, and is a natural counter to all archers!"

... Finley just at this moment realized that the MOA in the Title means "Master of All"...

And Finley has to pick first...
