Logan
After dressing up, Arya and I head to the breakfast table. We are both famished and we devour our meal in silence. After all that activity, I am not surprised by the hunger with which Arya consumes her food. I would have sat to watch her eat but she would stop if she saw me.
"What do you want to do today?" I ask as a servant clears the table. Arya looks up at me with her eyes brows knit together in a frown.
"I am taking the fact that you came here on your own will, you are not in such a rush to ditch me here and run home," I tell her.
"Last time I did that because you pissed me off with your very precious vampire associates, and I did not run home. I walked to the main road and took a taxi," she says, putting an unnecessary emphasis on the precious.
"You interfered with a very important meeting," I tell her.
"I know, but I needed you at that time but you clearly embarrassed me like I was a piece of nothing," she says, her voice laced with hurt but she quickly recovers.
