Haru
I didn’t have much to unpack since most of my stuff was books. I’d have to wait for my new bookcase to arrive on Monday to start that. For now, it was mostly my clothes, which weren’t a lot, and it didn’t take me long to transfer and then arrange them neatly inside the walk-in closet. After I was done, I headed down the stairs in search of Aiden. Maybe he’d need help with his, since he had so many clothes, most of them suits for work.
At the hallway, I gave Noah’s bedroom door a quick glance. Noting it was shut, I breathed a sigh of relief.
Fuck, it had gotten to that point. I couldn’t believe it was that bad. Honestly, I tried not to dwell too much on the fact that I felt tense and jumpy whenever Noah was around.
I turned my attention to Aiden’s bedroom door and saw that it was slightly ajar. I headed to it and gave it a light knock before going inside.
“Aiden?” I called softly.
“In here,” he replied.
