CHAPTER 33

Her eyes widen and they immediately stand up. Ivy steps in front of her blocking his view of Harley. "Are you really this stupid, clown?" She asks glaring at him.

He chuckles like a mad man stepping closer "Maybe I am." He states smirking slightly.

She rolls her eyes "Well I always knew you were crazy, but this is just another level of idiotic. Honestly you're pathetic Joker." She says grinning.

He frowns and glances at Harley. "I see no reason why I shouldn't tear you apart." Ivy states stepping closer. He giggles with a grin forming on his face. "Oh you don't want to do that, plant girl. I have exactly what you want." He states.

She narrows her eyes slightly with her hand on her hip "And what's that?" She asks.

"The antidote" He says smiling.

"Oh really? What's it for?" Harley asks standing beside Ivy.

"Vampirism, of course" He starts. "But you know it won't come for free. You have something that I want" He adds circling around the two of them.

"You're lying! There is no such thing" Harley exclaims crossing her arms.

"Oh? Who do you think wanted to turn her in the first place?" He asks stepping closer.

"It was you" Ivy says with her eyes slightly wide.

He laughs once again "Now you're getting it" He states.

She growls and grips his throat lifting him off the ground. He grins coughing slightly "I-I can cure y-you Poison Ivy" He says. Her eye twitches slightly still keeping a firm grip. Harley thinks for a moment and gently places her hand on Ivy's.

"Let's at least hear him out. This could be your only chance, red. Take it" She tells her in a soft tone.

She looks at Harley and sighs dropping him. He stumbles slightly and adjusts his posture. "Thanks baby" He winks smirking at her. She rolls her eyes and Ivy glares at him.

"What do you want in return for the antidote?" She asks.

"Simple. I want her" He says glancing at Harley.

"What?" Harley says confused.

"Yeah, not happening. What is it with everyone trying to keep you?" Ivy sighs shaking her head.

"I just can't help myself. Harley baby, you're too perfect. Won't you be my partner in crime?" He smiles innocently batting his eyelashes.

"No way! Never again" She states frowning slightly.

He grins and starts to laugh once again. Ivy rolls her eyes "What's so funny?" Harley asks confused.

"T-the look on your face!" He exclaims still laughing. "You really think I would actually want you back?" He asks.

"Then what do you want, clown?" Ivy asks stepping closer.

"Isn't it obvious? Harley stole something of mine and now I want it back" He states in a sharper tone glancing at her.
