should I give the character an image, or should I leave it up to imagination if the reader.

also, I'm thinking of making the character go through therapy, but like what therapy do they have in doulou dalu. I mean, I can just do a therapy session, but I don't think that will fit the world, or idk make him a alcoholic or smoker, but is there anything he can smoke. idk can someone tell me some coping methods.

if coping session with someone, I'm thinking about telling the month story overtime in the session as a break from the normal story or not idk
