Chapter 18: Millie

After he met James he spent all day zoning out and i knew something was wrong, that was not the Tyler I know back there something is up.

I hold his hand, and took him to the bathrooms. Him, still with the weird face, and me standing there confused.

"Tyler, I need answers now!"

"A-about what?"

Since when does The Tyler stutters?

"First, how do you know James and second the important part why did you seem shocked when you saw him? And you were acting weird all day.

What's wrong? You can tell me" Putting a resting hand on his chest

"I-it's nothing, I just wasn't feeling good, that's all"

"You wanna keep hiding things? alright, that's what you're good at anyways, ok you are not ready to talk about whatever happened, so when you are ready call me"

I turn around leaving...

"I don't like him"

"What happened between you two?"

Please open up to me, he is always so scared to talk about him and his past and I wanna know everything about him so bad.

I cannot handle the thought that maybe all his other girlfriends know everything about him and I am here sitting in the dark wondering what might have happened to him.

"I used to know him from school, long ago, but he is a bad person, so please stay away from him"

"That's all you're gonna say?"

"For now yes, I'm sorry"

"Tyler, listen to me very well, I am not gonna just ignore him because you said so, if someone asked me should I be friends with Tyler when i still didn't know you would you accept that I say no he is a bad guy? No, I got to know you and you have changed, you are a good person now and I love you."

"But I know him already and I know that he makes you think that he is kind and that he cares but he doesn't, he is an absolute asshole."

I'll be the judge of that, thank you for the warning"

And I left things between us like that.

The next day, I wanted things between me and Tyler to be the same, I didn't want us to have a problem because of a silly argument.

And there he is my jerk, I was walking toward him, when someone grabs me by the shoulder and turns me around.

"Hey, how are you today?"

"James, hi, I'm good thanks"

"I've been wanting to ask you this, so don't be shy you can turn me down"

"Oh, um, what is it?"

"I really suck at chemistry, and since we are in the same class would you like to be my tutor and help me pass exams?"

OH MY THANKS GOD, I thought he would ask something else, like you did, of course, anyways.

"Oh, I can free my time a few hours and tutor you, yeah, it might work"

"Yey, thanks I was hoping you'd say yes, so today after school?"

"After school, oh no I can't I have a dat-"

"Ok see you after school"

And he just left, I look over saw Tyler watching the whole thing.

"Tyler, wait I-"

And he just ignored me and turned his back on me.

Awesome, no cross that, Wonderful.

I texted Tyler since he didn't want to talk to me and told him I had a thing to do after school, and we have to cancel the date.

And he left me on read, I felt bad for not telling him the whole truth, but at least I was not lying, plus he would be even angrier if he knew I cancelled for tutoring James.

I went to the library and saw james sitting there waving at me.

I wlaked towards him and sat in front of him, and pit the books on the table.

"Hey, again... so are you ready?"

"Yeah, and thank you so much for freeing your time to be here with me"

Well yeah, you literally didn't let me finish my sentence and ran off, you're welcome.

"It's nothing.."

2 hours passed, until we finished our first tutoring session.

I take a look at my phone and it was blown up by missed calls and texts from Tyler.

The texts where all mysterious, asking me to come over and that he needs me.

I rushed over to his place without thinking twice.

"Tyler what happened? What's wrong?"

"You never miss my calls where were you?"

"I-i told you-"

"No no no, never mind that's not the point now, Millie help me, please"

He seemed very disturbed and nervous, what would drive him crazy like that?

I enter his house and I cannot believe what I saw, what happened here??!

"T-tyler, w-what happened? Are you okay?"

"Millie, please help me, I... I-it was an accident"

I was aboit to black out, but He need my help.
