Hector stared intently at the slender figure in front of him who was raising a hand. Eyes Hector had seen and could never forget. A voice that Hector recognized even though it was deliberately disguised by the silver mask.
"Bringing a life? Your words are too much as a 'we meet again' greeting, aren't you, Miss Ido?" Hector chuckled and managed to recognize the figure in front of him as Elle Ido.
Elle shouldn't be surprised that Hector recognized her. But Elle's eyes widened because Hector called her by her surname. It was too much to simply remember Elle as Clete's business partner.
"You seem to have mistaken me for someone you know, the stranger who shouldn't be in Lumire."
"Then, what about Miss Ido? Why would you steal a worthless door lock in this dangerous place?" Hector chuckles finding it very funny.
