Guardian in Orario (up for adoption)

This has a similar setting as my first book. Izuku died and reincarnated as a baby. The world the baby was born in a very cruel and twisted. After adapting to the world and gaining strength beyond what others could even dream of, he died. Now, on his third life, his cheat, the golden finger, came in late. In a world of monster, magic, and gods, he decided he will be at the top. I do not own Danmachi, I do not own anything but the plot and OCs. Do not expect anything grand or the like, I am just doing this for fun, everything I type is just things that come to my mind, so it will probably not be consistent or very good, if you hate systems, reincarnation, OP characters, or just a jackass of a main character who doesn’t really care about the lives and deaths of others, this isn’t the book for you, I hope you find a book or fanfic you like.

The monsters slammed into the large barrier of shields. But just as many of them that slammed into the shields, just as many if not more slammed into the spears, having it pierce their bodies and head.

The second wave of monsters were about to hit so Olivia shouted, "Second wave, thrust!" The spears flew forward and right into the heads and vitals of the monsters.

The monsters were killed and the third wave of monsters soon charged forward into the barrier, the third wave of soldiers used their spears and thrusted them on Olivia's command. By then the first wave had completely killed the monsters and had pulled their spears out. They then thrust their spears into the bodies of the monsters. And this happened like a rhythm.

One of the reason this worked so well is because all of them are very strong, each one capable of killing over a dozen people at the same time.

The other season this worked so well is because of formation and how close they were with each other. If a monster slammed into a shield, they were not pushing against one person, they were trying to push against nine people.

More monsters started to build up. More and more monsters were present, and a problem is that none of the troops were buffed and thus stronger than normal, so they were starting to slowly get worse.

And the monsters just didn't stop, they continued to charge without a care in the world besides their desired target. To help deal with the monster tide Olivia started to join the fray.

She summoned her aura and covered her fists. She then jumped into the horde of monsters and punched the monsters. The force of the attack killed the surrounding monsters with the shockwave pushing and tripping the monsters.

The monsters who saw her changed their target and started to swarm her. Their fangs and claws all ready to dig themselves into the woman.

But she was not the type that would allow them to even try, despite her physique which made her skin better than armor. She punched a monster in front of her and the shockwave pushed the monsters back.

The monsters did not care about this and charged forward. Nick who saw this used his sword and slashed. The aura covering his sword flew across the sky and right into the bodies of the monsters, killing dozens of them in a single attack.

"You need to watch your back, who knows when someone ambushes you." He told Olivia.

"Let them, they will know why I don't use armor." She said back.

"That arrogance will be your down fall." He muttered under his breath.

Olivia used her aura and started to massacre the monsters. They were not much stronger than the average person, at least the most of them. So for Olivia, they were just weaklings. She could easily kill the monsters like the wheat before the scythes.

The squires could kill them somewhat easily, but in the end, they could only fight for so long before they began to tire.

The monster tide started to slow down, as less monsters started to come their way, all until the last monster fell before their blades. The monster tide has been repelled and with no deaths. Only injuries and tiredness.

Author was still expanding his core, completely oblivious to what had happened outside. He had broken through the expert tier and right now he needed to use the time to stabilize his core.

He could feel his power being stabilized and enforced. He loved that feeling of his strength increasing. Because it meant he was getting closer to his goal.

Author got out of his room and left the room, five days later.

"What events happened in my absence?" He asked the squire who was out his room.

"A monster tide had formed and attacked, but under the leadership and Nick and Olivia we managed to repel the monster tide, their magic stones have been removed and kept." The squire said.

"I see." Monster tide, an even that happens occasionally, it happens when a large group of monsters starts to gather and move towards a single goal.

"What are the damages?" He asked the squire before him.

"Zero death, five serious injured and fifty with light injuries." He stated.

'Must be a small monster tide.' He thought. Monster tides come in all forms a sizes, smaller ones might only be a few hundred monsters.

"Prepare the troops, something tells me a war is about to start." He told the squire, who then left and started to send the message.

"Are you certain we should go through the forest?" Someone asked another person.

"Yes, the only way to lose the one chasing us is through the forest, their large numbers should attract some of the monsters." A girl said, she wore a dress, like a noble. She was riding a horse with the other person.

While around a kilometer away a large group of cavalry were following them. They wore heavy leather armor which covered their iron scale armor. They would be cosifered the elite troops of many lower rank nobles. They all had spears and lances, ready to skewer the people they were chasing.

'Please, someone, help us.' The noble thought. Their horse then rode into the forest.
