“Become the one you were meant to be our Emperor of the Grave. Seek those who sought to take away your place and bury them beneath you. Seek those who cry out for justice and break the ones who caused it. Decimate your enemies and make them beg to their Gods. Bury them without remorse! Bury them without love! Bury them with no mercy! Bury them all!” “I will see you again when you are ready, my Emperor.” The dead, they are countless. An endless supply. Bodies piled into mountains with enough to even fill a giant gorge. All buried beneath the ground filling it with nutrients and strength. The strong ones, evil ones, heroes, villains, demons, devils, the damned or any given a title of notoriety await the call of the one who buried them. Ready to slaughter. NOTICE THIS IS A HAREM!!! If you decide to read this knowing its a harem and you aren't happy with it, then all I can say is thanks for the read and have a glorious day.

Chance to be Among the Buried. (1/3.)

Ulrich didn't even flinch when the corpse of the Red Boar Rider hit the ground. He just looked down, back up, and then asked a question in a confused voice.

"He was a Rank: Soldier - 5. How are you not dead?"

I smiled when I heard Ulrich say the Rank of the Red Boar Rider and said that it was because of the beast tide that I was able to get such an amazing trophy. His confusion seemed to vanish as it was replaced by a happy expression.

"Yes, quite the catch. But I would recommend that you wait to bury the body. Trust me, your job as Keeper of the Grave really starts to take effect after you bury your first Rank: Soldier body. But again I am just a senile old man, so I could just be making things up as I go." Ulrich started to laugh before screaming in a high pitched voice.

I smiled as I rested my head on my fist as it looked like Sivath found us as she let out a hiss in a happy manner as she started to crawl her way over to me. Ulrich gave Sivath a death glare with his non-existent eyes as she found her place onto my shoulder.

'Well that makes things more complicated. And I doubt Ulrich will help me if I ask, since it looks like he wants me to deal with that on my own. Then that means I just have to try to do it the old fashioned way. Good old hard work, yeah.' I mentally sighed as I started to scratch Sivath's antennae while listening to Ulrich rant about he was going to kill her one day.

After his rant Ulrich continued on with the things that he wanted to discuss with me. He even handed me a decent sized book about the Grave Digging Manor. But the thing that seemed to strike me the most was when Ulrich said that I should be prepared for tomorrow as I would be seeing Livina soon.

Ulrich even went on to mention that I should read that manual that the Crown Prince gave me so that I truly understood what I was going to be getting into from now until the start of the Crown Prince's party.

Even said that I should go to bed at an earlier time so that I would be properly rested and then left, saying that he felt much better and that we would need to have another discussion like this in the future.

I absently mindedly nodded as I was in deep thought as I was looking through the manual that Seigbald had given me. Sivath even tried getting my attention a couple times, but I was too lost in thought looking through it.

"I really should have really read through this in a more conscious manner. No wonder they call themselves the Demon Ghost Unit."

I exclaimed in a low voice as I pulled myself away for the manual as I read through it for the fifth time.

"Sivath, if you can really understand me, nod for yes and side to side for no." I said in a serious manner as I also mimicked what I said.

Sivath hissed in a low tone as she tilted her head as her compound eyes just stared at me. I was about to repeat myself, but just as I was about to speak Sivath nodded her head.

"Well that should make what I have to say a little more easier." I smiled in a relaxed manner as I released a sigh. "Are you really a Demon?"

Sivath hissed in a proud manner as she nodded her head. I could only laugh in a light manner and scratched Sivath's antennae as she wiggled in joy.

"Are you strong?" I asked with a smile.

Sivath nodded her head again and hissed loudly.

Then I pointed over to the body of the Red Boar Rider as she still nodded her head with a loud hiss. But when I brought out another corpse, I noticed that even though she nodded her head. Her hissing wasn't as loud as it was before.

But the moment I brought out a third she nodded her head with a low and angry hiss. I still smiled and instead of scratching her antennae I softly patted the spot in the middle to help calm her down.

"You're still very strong, don't worry." I said with a soft smile as Sivath seemed to be confused before she started to calm down as she rested her head on my shoulder.

I continued to ask multiple other yes or no questions to Sivath until she fell asleep. I even noticed that the sky had turned dark, yet still shone bright as the moon shone in a bright silver light.

"She hardly shook her head no, even when I started asking questions that related to the manual. If anything that means that tomorrow is going to be a very painful day." I smiled as I looked across the fishing spot doing the best I could to help my mind remain in a calm state of mind.

"No wonder they call themselves Demons Ghost Unit." I continued to smile as I started to stand to my feet. "All of them are Demons."

I gave the fishing spot one last look as I pulled out the book Ulrich gave me before giving it a quick read. And after I was done my smile widened as I started to head to where the back of the Manor was located.

"It seems like I owe Siegbald one. He gave me quite the amazing Manor." I said as I looked across the massive back garden that seemed to include the two mass graves. "Even went as far as to encompass my passive from my Trait: Legion of the Buried."

The more I buried the stronger my Grave Digging Manor will become. But as it is now I'm only able to use just the basic automated functions of the house. I didn't even have access to the basic defensive functions, but at least the natural defenses would suffice.

"I would need to bury another four legions just to have access to even anything beneficial. But hopefully I can ask Siegbald at the party to see if I could change anything about that." I said aloud as I looked at the stars in the night sky. "Still, I should be getting some sleep, it has been quite the day."

I yawned while stretching as I listened to parts of my body pop and headed back to the fishing spot in the mini-forest as I remembered a comfortable looking tree to sleep against.

"I have a feeling that Ulrich hasn't left yet and he's waiting for me to open my area. And from what the book told, it would be best if I waited until after what happens tomorrow. Because if Livina is truly coming over, then there is a decent chance that I will be among those that I have buried." I smiled as I found the tree that I was looking for and got comfortable.

"Sleep well Sivath, it's going to be a busy day tomorrow."
