I may have a problem

I took a slow breath and walked towards the door. Before kicking it open and yelling

"You tricked me!"

"W-whatever could you mean?"

Syllvester mumbled.

"You were just trying to get me killed last time, weren't you?"

He shrank a bit in his chair before spinning it around to look out of the window behind him.

"You may not understand yet, but it was for a good purpose"

He said.

"Bullshit"

I replied.

He flinched after I said that. I had hit the nail on the head. I walked over to him and put my hand on his shoulder, 'accidentally' putting too much strength in.

"Now you're gonna make us a new plan to rob that casino. And it better damn work!"

I yelled.

"Fine, fine, I'll... figure something out."

He said.

With that, I left for a drink and a rest. After my drink, I walked past Clams' room on my way to my own. As usual, there were many strange cutting sounds and the constant humming from him. I also heard him muttering something but I couldn't make it out. Come to think of it, I still barely knew anything about Clams. He just appeared one day in my crash site claiming he was a god of my generation and I just went with it.

I was interested, but not interested enough to where I would sneak a peek through the crack in his door even for a moment right? Just kidding, I stopped dead in my tracks the moment I saw the door was slightly open.

I saw clams with a pair of scissors and in his other hand and what looked to be a small person in a purple swallowtail coat. I walked away before I saw what he did but I think I could've made a decent guess.

After a few hours passed, I broke down the door to Syllvester's office again as he had locked the door. He span his chair around and stared at me.

His skin was red and he stunk of alcohol. His desk was littered with empty bottles.

"Oh, hey. What do you want?"

He said.

"Plan?"

I replied.

"Huh, what plan?"

He exclaimed.

"The plan you said you would make for us to properly rob the casino"

"Oh, that. Follow me"

He stood up and walked over to his window. He turned around, grinned, and fell backwards into the window. To my surprise, he fell through without the glass breaking.

"See ya' Chloroplast"

He shouted as he fell.

I ran to the window and felt it. It was still fine. I didn't understand how he got through. I punched through the window and jumped down to see Syllvester running away to a large building across the district.

As we both approached the building, I glanced up at the sign that read 'Brachii does everything'.

We walked into the door and Syllvester rang the bell at the counter. Immediately a large man wearing an apron squeezed through the door and stood in front of us.

"What can I help you with?"

He asked.

"Get us onto a shipment into that waste of money casino"

Syllvester explained.

The large man sighed and turned to me.

"And who are you?"

He asked.

"A god, who are you"

I replied.

He laughed and said

"God, huh? Funny. I'm Brachii. The one who does everything"

"You think it's funny? I'll have you on the ground before you can blink"

I yelled.

"Try it. Chloroplast"

He laughed.

Syllvester grabbed his arm

"You're strong. Come work for me"

"Syllvester, if you try to recruit me again I'll have your bar reduced to rubble"

He groaned.

"From here?"

Syllvester laughed.

Brachii pointed his fist to Syllvester. His arm retracted before shooting out and blowing his hat off.

"From here."

Syllvester mumbled.

"Why are you being annoying? You can't do it?"

I asked.

"Me! Can't do something!"

He roared.

He picked up a box from next to him and pointed to it.

"Get in"

He said.

I laughed and got into the box. After a small amount of shaking around, I heard Brachii talking to someone outside. And felt myself being loaded onto a cart.

I waited for a few minutes and saw my box was being opened. I kicked the top and felt my foot hit something. I stood up and looked around. Blank white safes seemingly looping endlessy across the walls.

There was another person in the room who was staring at me. I walked over to him.

"Didn't see anything did you?"

I stated.

He nodded and I headbutted him, knocking him out.

I walked towards an already opened safe and checked the lock. The code was all 0s. Apparently the owner hadn't put the code in and the box wasn't locked. I reached my hand in and felt nothing. Not even the feeling of a bottom. I looked into the box and saw nothing as well. After scrounging around in the nothing for a minute, I found a small marble of a pure black inky substance. It was only about the size of an eyeball and it had no weight. It didn't feel like anything. It was strange to say the least. But my encounter with the nothingness was cut short by a strange monster charging at me.

It had the body, head and legs of a chicken but they were ten times the size. It had dragon wings and scales on it's neck and under it's head.

"Great, more things I need to get Clams to explain"

I sighed.

But my immense intellect already knew of this creature. Even if I didn't do any actual studying before I was banished. That thing was called a Jabberwocky. And it acts as the guardian to Lady luck.

It ran at me again and my fist glowed red. I punched it and a small explosion went off. When the smoke subsided, it was hiding behind its wing. I leapt at the creature and kicked it in it's body from above. It slammed into the floor and made a crater.

I looked up and was immediately rammed by another Jabberwocky. Luckily, I was able to reach into my marble pouch and grab the dice Alice gave me last time I robbed her.

I gripped it tightly and put some mana into it. It glowed a bright blue and span in mid air. The light grew brighter.

"Eh, where am I?"

A female voice said.

I looked up to see a woman in a bright blue dress with long brown hair. She turned around and I managed to figure out who she was. Her pupils were three small boxes. This was, yet again, lady luck. The Jabberwockies immediately began backing away at the sight of their master.

She looked at me and sighed.

"Guessing I'm not the one you wanted right now?"

"You're on the better end"

I answered.

I pulled myself up and relaxed. Alice was consoling her weird chicken monsters until she turned to me and shrieked

"Were you trying to rob me. Again?"

"Yes"

I said.

"I even gave you a divine armament just to keep you away and you still come back."

She complained.

"Divine armament?"

I said, confused.

"Equipment with a part of a gods abilities. This is elementary level for gods."

"I wouldn't know I'm a generation th-"

"Tsk, tsk, I'm part of the faction that doesn't agree with using your generation as an excuse"

"Can't I just have a little bit of gold?"

I asked.

The boxes in her eyes lit up with sevens again as she picked up the dice. She crushed it in-between her hands and a blue aura flowed out. It felt strange. It gave me confidence and a want to try to again. The aura focused back into her hands and she revealed from her hand a new dice.

"Take this, and go!"

She shouted.

I felt a cold feeling dart through my body as I was flung out the window and off the mountain by an invisible force.

But I think that aura made we want another shot at a robbery. Just one more time. I have to win eventually. It's not rigged. It's absolutely fair.
