Keith, a regular office worker from Earth, suddenly transmigrates to the world of the novel he had been reading for the past decade. The new world, which was also called Earth, was slightly different. People with various powers existed who were called awakeners, making this world comparatively dangerous and also mysterious. While he was thrown into the novel's world, he was also given a mystical ability to grant systems to other people. Armed with his special ability, he slowly climbs up the power ladder by taking "taxes" from the people he would give systems to. The only question that remained, was what would a realistic normal man, when faced with a similar minded protagonist, do when their goals opposed each other.
Keith sat in the office with Edward and Clara while the other two were out to deal with a minor case. He had a book in his hands but, he was looking at something else; his system screen.
The soldier guy had managed to sleep with 10 women in under a week, and now that both him and Aria had finished doing their things, Keith could now use his gacha wheel again.
He stared at he red button in front of him and decided to postpone it until he got off his shift.
'I have a lot of money right now, so instead of gambling with extremely low chances, I'll use the luck enhancement ritual.' he thought as he recalled the ritual that Clark learnt about in the latter half of the novel.
The day went on peacefully and once his shift was up, he immediately left the place and went to the Empire's official Bank that was in Auberg District. It looked like regular stalls with a counter, but there were three people behind it.
