Amanda Smith sat up in bed, and as he finished his words, she subconsciously felt as if she suddenly realized something.
"What's wrong?" The man sat up straight, reached out to smooth her somewhat disheveled hair, and a hint of a smile graced his face, "It's still early, why not sleep a bit longer?"
Amanda gazed at him nervously, the morning sunlight was beautiful, illuminating his face and making him look exceptionally gentle. She reached out and grabbed his hand, not knowing why she felt so panicked.
"Do you really have to go yourself?" Amanda asked softly, "Why not let..."
At her words, Samuel Johnson's smile deepened, he touched her face and said softly, "Have I been too busy lately? It's okay, once today is over, I'll have plenty of time to spend with you."
Amanda couldn't help but look up at him, intuition was a strange thing; unexplained, yet it could make your heart thrum with unease.
