Chapter 20: Balance

Lucky's POV:

Two Months Later*

Since that night I had sex with Angel, I've been in a better mood. Angel was happier, since I let her have an orgasm, something her ex couldn't do. She told me he didn't live up to expectations and basically was tryna get his pleasure out the way. Normally I'd be like that, but since I met Angel, I wanted to make sure she got hers before me. I watched as she packed up her stuff. I bit my lip every lip she began over. "I mean it's not like I have against bitches like that, but if someone is wearing the same thing as you, would you not get upset?" She asked. I didn't answer. "Lucky?" She called. "Hmm." I said. "Did you hear a word I just said?" She said. "Yes. Angel. I don't care if some dude has the same fit as me." I said.

"Why not? I mean you dressed that way first." She said. I leaned back against the headboard. "Great minds think alike." I said. She glared at me. "Wow. So you females really are if another girl has the same thing on as you?" I asked. "Yes. It's girl code." She said. I scoffed. "Girl code. Okay." I said, sarcastically. She didn't answer. She continued to pack. "I honestly don't see why you gotta leave." I said. "I wanna spend time with my parents Lucky." She said. "Ugh. At least let me help you pack." I said. "I did but you kept putting my clothes back in the drawers." She said. "Cause I don't want my baby to leave me." I said, as I wrapped my arms around her waist. She smiled. "Lucky, I'm already late. Keisha and Trey are waiting on me." She said.

"Okay. Let them wait. Your all going to the same place." I said, kissing her neck. She giggled. I kissed and sucked on her neck. Then I felt weird. I mindlessly walked backwards and sat down on the bed. I turned my head to see Meghan with her hand raised. "Good. Angels I hope your almost down cause your sister and getting antsy." She said. "I would've been dork sooner but ya know, Lucky." She said. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. "Oh please. Keisha probably just mad that she won't be getting any dick from Marcus cause he's gone to his Aunt's for the Wolf Hunt festival." I said. "Oh my God they're food is so good." Meghan said. "What's Wolf Hunt?" Angel asked. "It's basically going out into the woods across the world and hunt down as much animals as you can." I said.

Angel's eyes widened. "I wonder where they're going this year." Meghan said. "That's terrible. Hunting animals for fun?" Angel said. Me and Meghan laughed. "Angel, it's animals from different part of the world. There are some animal species that shouldn't be in that part of the planet. The wolves take care of the population, making sure it's not getting too populated." I said. "Same thing as humans. They hunt down animals for sport." Meghan said. "Well that's not me." Angel said, as he picked up her last suitcase and walked out. Me and Meghan rolled our eyes and walked out behind her. I watched as Angel got in the car with Keisha. They drove off down road and out of sight. "So Lucky, when are you gonna tell her?" Asked a voice.

I turned around to see Aaliyah. "Tell her what?" I asked. "About Elizabeth." She said. I grunted. "Please don't say her name around me. And I don't know." I said. "You gotta tell her some time." Alma said, as she floated down from the sky. "She's right son. Angel is gonna meet her one day. Or Elizabeth will approach her." Stan said, as he floated down too. So did Bryan. He looked pissed. "Bryan what's up?" I asked. He didn't answer. He kept walking til he was in the house. "Don't worry bout him. He's just mad cause Stan scared him while he was peeing." Alma said. "It was funny." Stan said. He and Alma shared a laugh as they entered the house. "Ya know, I've always wondered why they're not dating." I said.

"Me too but Trey said it's best if we didn't dwell on it." Aaliyah said. "Speaking of which, where is he? I didn't see him leave with Angel and Keisha." I said. "He left for Wolf Hung with Marcus." Meghan said. "Oh." I said. I transformed and flew home. It was gonna be different not having Angel here. But it was only for two weeks. Since we no longer had school, it was gonna feel different. I entered my house to see a note on the counter. It was from my parents. They were going out for a romantic dinner date. And that I should be sleep by twelve. I groaned and made a face. Whenever they tell me to be somewhere at a specific time, they're usually bout to fuck. I looked around and headed upstairs.

I went to my room but paused when I smelled cinnamon. Lord Jesus not now. I took a deep breath and walked in my room. I ignored Elizabeth as she watched me pack up my clothes. "Hey Lucky." She said, giggling. I ignored her. I heard her get up. Her hands started to trail around me. I pushed them off. "Don't touch me." I said. "What's wrong with you?" She asked. "Not in the mood." I said. She came around sniffed me. I stared at her as I backed away. She gasped at me and glared. "You've been with Angel, haven't you?" She asked, crossing her arms. I didn't say anything. "Can you leave?" I asked. "No. Why the hell were you with her?" She asked. "Who the hell are you to ask me that question? Last time I checked, I didn't put a ring on yo left finger, so I ain't obligated to tell you anything." I said.

She glared at me. "Elizabeth leave. Now." I said. "Or else what?" She asked. I pulled out my phone and dialed a number. I put it on speaker. "911, what's your emergency?" The operator asked. She gasped. "You wouldn't." She said. "Do I need to tell the police there's someone I don't like on my property?" I asked. She glared at me then left. I followed her out house. I locked every door in the house, even the windows. I texted Meghan to put a spell on my house to prevent Elizabeth from coming back. She said she could but the spell would only be for 48 hours. I told her that it was fine. Only a Seer could put up a spell that keeps people you don't want out of an area of your choice. I took a shower and watched TV til I fell asleep. I dreamt of my Angel lying next to me.

"Hey Lucky." She said, as she stretched in the bed. "Hi babygirl." I said. I reached out and pulled her close to me. She then sat up. "What's wrong?" I asked worriedly. "I'm hungry." She said, as she stood up. She left room and went downstairs. I followed her into the kitchen. She began to cook breakfast. I watched as she got to work. She looks good and can cook? Definitely a keeper. I watched as he gracefully waved her way around the kitchen for ingredients. The smell of bacon made my stomach growl. Angel turned around and showed that she was actually making BLTs. It looked so good. She made two BLTs but I wanted her. She licked the bacon on her finger.

"Here's yours." She said, in a sweet voice. She reached her arm out for to take the BLT but I wanted her, not the burger. I began to lick fingers. The only she used to lick the bacon off of. "Mmmm. Delicious." I said. She stared at me before smiling. Her blush got bigger. She tried to hide it. It was cute. She began to eat her burger. I watched her. She got uncomfortable. "Daddy, stop staring." She said. "I can't help it. Your so beautiful." I said, admiring every inch of her. She ate her bigger then stare at me. "Daddy, eat." She said, pointing at my burger. "I'm gonna eat princess." I said. She frowned. She looked ready to cry. I rolled my eyes. "Okay fine." I said.

We went back upstairs to my room and laid down. She turned in the TV to watch cartoons. I looked at her. Her back to me was very tempting. Like she's begging me to mess with her. I slowly crept up behind her and kissed her neck. She moaned. I began to suck on her neck. She giggled and moaned to my touch. She turned around and kissed me. I leaned back and brought her down with her. She kissed my neck and sucked. Oh my God I love this woman. She looked at me before going down. She looked up at me with the sweetest face. "May I Daddy?" She asked, in a high voice. I nodded. She began to suck. I grabbed the sheets and her hair. I practically melted in her mouth.

"Babygirl your not charge. Daddy is." I said. She chuckled. "It's not fair." She said. "Neither is life." Said a voice. I looked around and saw Elizabeth standing in the corner of a room. I heard her footsteps coming closer. "Lucky!!!" She yelled out. Her voice changed. Mom? Then I woke up. I opened to see my Mom staring at me.

I was crouched down behind the couch. I stood up. "What are you doing?!" She asked. "I uh....don't even know." I said, awkwardly. "Son, were you sleepwalking?" Dad asked, coming up to me. "I guess I was." I said. They stare at me. "I just had a nightmare and I guess it made me sleepwalk." I said. "What was it about?" Dad asked, curiously. "I was with Angel then Elizabeth appeared. She kinda scared me off and I ran down here." I said. "I think you just miss Angel and it's causing you to do things like this." Mom said. "Yeah. I do miss Angel." I said. "Well then go see her." Dad said. "I can't. She's outta town for couple of weeks." I said. "What? Why?" Mom asked. "She wanted to spend more time with her parents. Since they got clean." I said.

They nodded. "Trey and Keisha go with her?" Mom asked. I nodded. "Well good for them." She said. "Not for me. I miss Angel." I said. "Son, it's her parents. Imagine if it were you. Wouldn't you wanna spend time with us?" Dad asked. I nodded. "I guess." I said. "God. Speaking of which, we're going out today." Mom said. "Uh, didn't you guys go out yesterday?" I asked. "Yes. I mean we're all going out. Family bonding." Mom said. I groaned. "Oh shut up. We haven't done anything since we went to the museum." She said. "Yeah. We had to cut it short with that issue with Marcus." Dad said. "Thank God for that." I muttered. "What?" Mom asked, angrily. "I mean family bonding? Yay!!" I said, as I quickly ran upstairs to my room.

I looked around for any sign of Elizabeth. I sighed and sat down. I looked at my pillow. It was lower on the bed. Did I fuck my pillow in my sleep? Yep. Disgusting. Shut up. I laid down on the bed and felt something wet and sticky. I looked down. There was cum all over my bed and floor. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. FUUUUUUUUUCCCCKK. I took off my sheets and washed and dried them. I put them back on quickly because I wanted to lay on them while they were still hot and warm. I watched TV til my Mom came and told me it was time to go. I got dressed and we left to a restaurant. Unfortunately, it was the restaurant Angel and Marcus crashed into. They restaurant fixed the damages and repaired everything. This was a great restaurant. It's good was delicious.

Even though it's known for its civility and delicious food, it was still a reminder of the crash for me. We ate and talked most of the time we were in there. "So Lucky, you never told us about that graduation party Kacey threw." Mom said. "Hmm? Oh yeah. It was fun." I said, as I ate my steak. "Anything interesting happen at the party?" Dad asked. I shook my head. "Anything interesting happen at all that night?" Mom asked. I shook my head. "Are you sure? Cause we remember you coming home smelling like Angel." She said. "I told you. We were with each other that night." I said. "Lucky come on now." Dad said. "What? We were together that night." I said. "Oh we know." Dad said, laughing. I narrowed my eyes at him. Then it hit me.

They heard us having sex. There we go. "Oh. You guys heard..." I trailed. "Yes Lucky. We heard everything." Mom said. I blushed and covered my face with my large napkin. God I hate my life. I felt hands on my back. Then I smelt cinnamon. Oh my God not now. I rolled my eyes and turned away. "Hi Lucky." Elizabeth said. Then she gasped. "Hi Alicia. Dylan. How are you?" She asked. "You can call me Mrs. Carter." Mom said. She had some time in her voice. Dad choked. "Hi Elizabeth. We're fine. How are you?" Dad asked. "I'm good. Thanks for asking." Elizabeth said. She looked at me. "Hi Lucky." She said, as she tried to kiss me. I leaned down to tie my shoe. God kill me now. I didn't answer her. "So um, Elizabeth. When did you get back in town?" Dad asked. "Oh a few months ago." She said.

"How long are you visiting?" Mom asked, irritably. "Oh I'm not visiting Alicia. I'm staying with my Uncle. He's-" Elizabeth was cut off by my Mom. "Excuse me. I said you can call me Mrs. Carter." She said, icily. I snickered and covered my mouth. I cleared my throat. "I'm going to the bathroom." I said. I stood up and walked away. I went into the bathroom and washed my face. I stared at myself. I walked back out, only to be met by Elizabeth. She smiled at me. "Hey baby." She said. "What do you want Elizabeth?" I asked. "What's with the attitude? You didn't have one earlier." She said. "What? You weren't with me earlier." I said. She didn't say anything. She just stared at me crying smiling.

She wiped her the corner of her mouth. "You really didn't have an attitude earlier Lucky." She said, licking her fingers. Then it hit me. "Did you give me head earlier? Was that you?" I asked. She nodded. "Yep. I knew you missed me Lucky." She said. I wanted very much to punch her but she's a female. "If you ever do some fuck shit like that again, I won't hesitate to call Kacey or Keisha." I said, as I walked away. "Keisha? Who is that bitch?" She asked, following me. "Trust me when I say, you don't wanna meet her. She's the real deal." I said. "Keisha?" She said. Then she gasped. "Oh you mean Angel's sister." She said. I looked at her. "You think I'll be scared of her? Or her brother Trey?" She said. I stared at her. "What? Yeah I know all about the little trio of Starlights." She said.

She pulled out her phone and scrolled through it. "They're parents, Nya and Trevon Starlight. They used to be drug addicts til they checked themselves into rehab." She said. I couldn't believe it. "You are on another level of crazy right now. You haven't changed at all." I said. She cackled. "I'll change when we'll together." She said. "That will never happen. And if you ever touch me while I'm sleep again, I'll end you bitch." I said, as I walked away. "Oh Lucky. Unless you want Angel to know of this incident when she comes back from her parents, I suggest you come back here." She said. I stared at her in horror. "Why are you doing this Elizabeth? Why me? Of all the dudes you've fucked and been with, why are you so obsessed with me?" I asked.

She looked away. "I just love you so much." She said. "If you'd love me, you wouldn't have cheated on me." I said. "Look-" I cut her off. "No Elizabeth. There's no ya, there's nothing between us. So whatever fantasy world you are of us in your head, get it out. Cause it isn't happening." I said. She glared at me. "Okay fine. I'll go find Angel and tell her of our incident." She said, heading towards the door. "No!!!" I said, as I ran after her. I sighed. "What do you want?" I asked. She smiled at me and trailed her hands down to my member. "I'm sure you know what I want." She said. I glared at her then threw my head back against the door. "I'll see you later Lucky. Oh, and don't go telling Meghan to put a spell on your house. I won't hesitate to find Angel." She said, then she left. I sighed. That girl gone. You gotta find balance between her and Angel. There is no deciding. It's been Angel and it's always been Angel. But I gotta keep Elizabeth away from her.
