Chapter Twenty Five

Everyone was in an unhappy state as they stood under the rain. That day was Olivia's burial. It was just close friends and families that attended the burial. Tessa was patting Ryan's back tenderly. Anna dressed him that day so he would consider his second mom less he ruins his clothes.

Tessa stared at Zavier with mixed emotions. He never told her that he did that much for her mum. He's a sweet guy but why did he keep the information from her? Maybe he thought she would stop him but she wouldn't do that.

"Hey", Zavier said as he approached Tessa.

"Hi! Thanks for coming", Tessa smiled unhappily. He pulled her into a warm embrace and patted her back.

"I wouldn't miss it", Zavier replied, still patting her back. She began crying all of a sudden.

"I knew she had cancer but never imagined her to die so soon", Tessa cried out.

"Everyone has a time to die, Tess"

"I know but this isn't fair!"

"It's okay"

"No, it's not okay", Tessa argued and soaked his clothes in tears.

"I'm sorry….I-"

"I understand and besides I don't mind", Zavier smiled. Tessa smiled in return and asked the question on her mind.

"What did you do for my mom when you visited her? You never told me you were going to visit her, did you?", Tessa asked.

"Uh-uhm-"

Tessa looked at him sternly and he laughed, "Oh c'mon. What's that glare for?"

Tessa didn't answer him so he answered her questions. "I was supposed to come back from the gaming company but I decided to travel to see her. She wasn't in a good state so I decided to make her a little comfortable"

"Comfortable? How? What exactly did you do?", Tessa asked.

"I…uhm…I just changed her room to one of VIP", Zavier answered but Tessa raised a brow.

"What will I do with you Vi? Tell me everything!", Tessa emphasized.

"Oh-okay. Then, I paid her bill and then I…"

The sevens were at a party and were playing a game. Other guys were with them. It was a birthday party of a rich kid in the university and they were invited. Tessa was also invited but she didn't come to the party because of many things.

One: She's still sorting out her life.

Two: Ryan is there to take care of.

Three: She would love to be indoors for the time being.

Lately, she has even been spending some time with Anna. Anna told her one day that she was pregnant for Austin. She didn't believe it but Anna showed her the test result for her pregnancy. It was right there and then Tessa believed her.

So, Tessa had been doing things in the family. Anna was there for Ryan. He also changed for good; he had learned to accommodate Anna as his home best friend. He would let her sing him a lullaby and not complain that he's a man.

He would let her kiss his tender cheeks happily and take pictures of him. He also changed to a cheerful child even though he was cold sometimes to his classmates. Surprisingly, he was not talking to his seat partner anymore but kept her at arm's length.

That has made Collins happy because he liked the girl but the girl always shunned him and never allowed him to speak to her. Collins was indeed shocked when an incident happened.

"So, who brought you to school, Ryan?", Collins asked one day. He was trying to make Ryan angry as usual but Ryan ignored the foolishness he was displaying.

"I bet you saw your mom drive you but the driver was your pretty sister", Collins continued.

"Shut up, Collins!", Ryan's seat partner ordered Collins.

Collins refused to shut up but continued, "Don't you know? Ryan killed his mother! He's a killer"

"Dumb Collins!! If someone kills another, the person is a murderer. That's what it's called", Another classmate cut in.

"That's not what's important right now, Peter. Ryan didn't kill his mother. I heard that she suffered from cancer and died", another classmate defended Ryan.

"Yes"

"Me too. My mother went for the funeral"

"How did you know he killed her, Collins"

"I know-"

"You know nothing right, empty skull. You keep wrong information in your vacant brain and store the wrong information without going through it. You're such a failure, Collins", Another girl classmate said.

Collins was highly embarrassed and ashamed of himself. He walked out of the class in shame and didn't come back in until recess. Ryan wasn't pleased that his classmates insulted Collins on his behalf, but he was happy that Collins was not in the class for some time.

"Yo! Yo!! Yo!!! It's the time for the best part!! 'Tell me what I don't know", the party organizer announced.

"Sh! I love this game", Damon whispered.

"What are you whispering for? I can barely hear your sentence. In fact, you sound like a snake when whispering", Fred said in a go.

Zavier laughed uncontrollably but Damon got back at him.

"That's the only way a frog can hear from the master", Damon replied.

"Did you just -"

"Fred will go first!!", the organizer announced but Fred sighed. Damon slapped his butt as he stood up to collect the mic.

"Go Fred!"

"Go Fred!"

"Go Fred!!!"

The last voice belonged to Damon. Zavier laughed once more but Fred raised his middle finger in the air.

"I love you!!", Damon yelled above the noises in the party.

"Let the chanting begin!", the people screamed and began chanting. Fred had to say the truth. He doesn't care anyway so who wants to fight him?

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"I fucked Mrs. Smart last night!", Fred said.

Some students gasped in surprise while some remained expressionless like the sevens. That would be stale news for them even if it happened that day. It was only Zavier and Cole that haven't fucked any teacher for marks or pleasure.

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"I am a lesbian", Camilla announced. She was Damon's ex-girlfriend.

Damon hissed silently when he heard the disgusting news.

"You'll still buy a dildo!!", Drake shouted and they laughed.

"It's better than you dick!!", Camila replied.

"Oh!!", the guest chorused.

"How about we try it but then I don't like fucking a well", Drake replied.

Camilla stood up and left the gathering for another place. Fuck Drake and his crazy psycho friends.

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"I love Zavier Black", a shy girl announced.

👥 Too bad, he has a pretty girlfriend.

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"I'm in love with Zavier!!", another girl announced.

"Hold up!! Y'all coming out to say the same thing. Yo! What's poppin'? If y'all not gonna say something else but say you're love with this nigga", the organizer pointed his finger to Zavier "Y'all should just lie for once that you're in love with me. Please, bitches!! Thank you!!", he concluded.

The people laughed at the speech of the organizer. Zavier opened his inbox to read a message from Tessa.

'Where are you Vi? Isn't the party over? I miss you. Can you come and see me? I'm so lonely here'

Zavier sighed and stood up. He told Cole he was leaving. He grabbed his face cap and wore it on his head and turned to go.

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"Tell me something I don't know! Tell me something we don't know!! Tell me something they don't know!!!"

"Zavier's father is alive. He's hale and hearty in a place. He's not dead", Simon announced, taking the students by shock.

Zavier paused in his steps and turned around in shock. He was taken aback by the unexpected news. What the fuck is Simon saying? Or perhaps, he's drunk. But Simon doesn't get drunk easily so what happened? Perhaps, he's in his right senses.

"What are you talking about, Si?", Zavier asked calmly.

"It's the truth", Luke said. Simon was also surprised. How the heck does Luke know about it?!

"I can see what's happening here but you guys should stop spouting nonsense", Zavier said and left.

'What the hell are they talking about? I saw my father's dead body and when he was buried', Zavier thought.

Zavier rang the bell once more. Tessa paused the Korean movie she was immersed in and stood up to open the door.

"Hi! You're so fast!! Did you fly here?", Tessa joked and he nodded in confirmation.

"I missed you", she hugged him tightly and pulled him inside.

"So, how is the party?", Tessa asked.

"It's fun. A game was going on", Zavier replied.

"What is the name of the game? Why didn't you wait for the end? Huh! You're not fun, Vi", Tessa hit his shoulder.

"It's just a common game called 'tell me something I don't know', Zavier answered and her mouth curved into an 'O'

"That?", Tessa asked. "Is a very cool game. I love the suspense and shock at the end of the game. Tell me something I don't know, Vi"

Zavier looked at her and realized that she was serious.

"I want to get married to you because I love you so much", Zavier said and she blushed. She blushed madly that her cheeks were pink. She put her hairs behind her ears and licked her lips.

"Me too", Tessa said and kissed him.

"Was there any shocking news?", Tessa asked in anticipation.

"Not shocking. It was just a false information", Zavier replied but Tessa still wanted to know about it.

"I heard my father was alive ", Zavier said and she rolled her eyes.

"It's indeed here. I'm so glad you're here, babe. Now, we can watch this movie together", Tessa said.

"Who? Me? Korean films?", Zavier laughed and switched off the television.

"How dare you Zavier?", Tessa jumped on him and wrestled to collect the remote control. "They are about to kiss", Tessa complained.

"Oh! That's good"

"Why is that good?"

"'Cause we can feel it and know it's good ourselves", Zavier remarked and claimed her lips. Tessa let herself be kissed by her boyfriend. Kim was here earlier to see her but she misses her boyfriend so much so she called him. She misses his voice, touch, hug, smell, kiss and everything. She called him back because she couldn't get enough of him.

"I love you Zavier", Tessa said, stroking Zavier's hair.

"I love you too", Zavier replied.

"Thanks for coming. I must be a clingy girlfriend", Tessa pouted. Zavier kissed her lips and smiled, "I love your clinginess"

"You're so perfect", Tessa praised him. She unbuttoned his shirt and kissed his bare chest.

"Stop Tess. Don't start what you can't finish", he said seriously. Tessa continued to trace his chest with her index finger and planted kisses on his chest and face.

"I love you Vi", Tessa kissed him again and ran her hand over his hair.

"Leave her alone, man. What the fuck is your problem?", Lukd pushed a guy away. Kim was in a bar to drink. She just wanted to drink and forget what's happening in her life. Unfortunately for Luke, Tessa told her everything he told her not to tell her.

She accused Kelvin for what he did. Kelvin was sorry about it and apologized for what he had caused. Kim went to the bar angrily to clear her head. There's no way Tessa won't tell her anything. She and Tessa are best friends and best friends tell each other the damn truth.

Kim smiled when Luke showed up to defend her. He still looked hot as usual and was not seeing any girl. So, he's still her boyfriend and she's his.

"Stay out of this man. She wants me", the guy said and touched Kim's hair.

Luke didn't like that and slapped his hand away from her hair.

"Who the hell are you?", the guy asked. He was pissed off.

"I'm -"

"He's my boyfriend", Kim spoke up. Luke didn't expect her to say that but he was excited to hear that from her mouth.

"Oh! I swear I didn't know man", the guy raised both hands up in defeat and left after apologizing.

"You may leave, Luke. I don't want to see your face", Kim said coldly and took the alcohol from the bartender.

She raised the glass to her anticipating lips but Luke took the drink from her and drank it instead.

"Alcohol ain't good for a pregnant lady", he said calmly and took her hands in his.

"Shut up! I can do whatever I like. Have you forgotten that it's not yours?",Kim reminded him and decided to stand up. She staggered but Luke quickly held her less she fell.

"Don't. Touch. Me", Kim glared at him and walked out.

Unfortunately, some drunk guys had set their eyes on her. They all stood up and walked slowly towards her direction. Luke got alarmed and also walked behind her.

"Pretty girl!!", one of the drunk boys called. Kim increased her steps but the guys were faster and caught up with her. She cursed herself for not staying with Luke then.

"What do you want from me, boys?", Kim asked, smiling.

"Just a night stand. You're gonna love it", the leader presented his mission. Kim rolled her eyes and turned to leave.

"Bunch of idiots", she muttered.

Another guy held her hand to stop her from leaving. "We'll pay you. Name your price", he said.

Kim scoffed and replied louder than before, "I am not that type of girl!! I'm not a hoe!!"

"You really look sexy", the leader licked his lips in satisfaction.

"I know so get your filthy hands off my girl!!", Luke said. Kim was hopeful after seeing Luke. She hoped that he would get her out of the mess she's gotten herself into.

"Who the fuck are you?", the leader asked with a click of his tongue. Kim covered her nose when he snorted.

"Get him boys!!", he pointed to Luke. Luke tsked and began beating them up. They really deserved some beatings. The beating that would last them for a long time and ring into their ears the consequences of their action when next they want to lay a finger on the opposite gender.

Kim was scared when Luke was beaten. She saw blood coming out from his nostrils and was alarmed. She was damn scared for his life. She looked around for a weapon or anything to use it on the drunk bastards.

She found a rod and took it. She hit it on the leg of the leader. He screamed and got down on his knees as if he just experienced an emotional breakdown. Luke kicked him and he kissed the floor roughly.

Kim quickly went to the nearby convenience store to buy something for Luke. She let him sit on the bonnet of the car as she tended to his cuts and bruises.

"I know you got hurt deliberately so I can take care of you", Kim said. He said nothing because what she said was the truth.

"Don't do that next time. I don't like it", she said.

"Okay babe", Luke said.

Kim applied pressure on his nose when she heard his reply.

"Ahhh!! It hurts!!", Luke cried out.

"My heart also hurts", Kim said. Luke hugged her waist suddenly when she was cleaning his cut.

"Don't move", Luke said. "Let's stay like this for a while. I didn't mean to say that to you, Kim. I was forced to but I've realized not to be a coward", Luke began to explain himself.

"Sometimes, I wish not to see anything and hear anything but things just happen. I was shocked when your brother threatened me but I was a scared boy then. I was looking out for myself but I know better now. I know that I should look out for you and the baby first. I love you Kim. I'm so sorry for what transpired between us", Luke apologized wholeheartedly.

Kim was moved and accepted his apology but still asked, "Who was the girl?"

"What girl?", Luke asked.

"The girl at the race", Kim raised her brow.

"That's just my crazy cousin. Her name is-"

"I don't care", Kim hissed as she cut him off.

"I said I'm sorry babe. It won't happen again. I won't lie to you again. I won't leave you alone", Luke kissed cheeks. She laughed out loud when Luke began to tickle her.

"Who's laughing? You or the baby?", Luke asked and Kim laughed out more.

"Me of course, silly", Kim replied. Luke placed his lips on her as they began a kiss that spoke untold emotions.

Kelvin watched from a distance as his sister reconciled with her boyfriend. He smiled a little and took a cab back to his house.

•At the location •

"Camera roll, ACTION!!", the videographer moved his hands in the air for the movie stars to begin.

Cassie descended from the stairs with elegance. She was wearing a fancy red dress that was interlaced with robes at the back. The dress was actually a chiffon dress and cut in a V shape. There was a long space from her thigh to her feet on the dress. Her hair was perfectly styled by the hair stylist and the makeup was also perfect.

"Diana!!", Jun ho yelled from the top. Cassie stopped and looked at the man that was coming to her. She was blushing right now that she was sure her cheeks were red.

Her mouth was literally opened in awe. The director looked at the script to see if her mouth was supposed to be opened when acting the scene but it was not.

He signaled to her to keep her mouth shut. She quickly realized what she did and closed her mouth.

"I'm sorry for saying all that to you, Diana. To show my deepest apologies, would you be my date to the party?", Jun ho asked.

"Yes!! Yes! Yes, I'd love to", Cassie shouted and jumped on him in excitement.

The director slammed the script on the table and watched upstairs angrily. It was a funny sight to see when he missed his steps and landed on the floor with his butt. It was even more funnier and embarrassing when he found out that his trouser was torn from under.

"I'll be back for you, Cassie Black!!", the director yelled and stormed out angrily.

"It's Diana, sir", Cassie corrected.

"Screw you and Diana!! You fucked it up!! That wasn't in the script!! I'll be back for you too!!!", the director screamed louder.
