Final Blow

Niklas continued squeezing Tim's right arm into the ground, pointing his shadow into Tim's face. It was surrounded by a purple shadow that soon would be unleashed into a devastating impulse.

"Get your hands..." Niklas glanced behind, seeing mint electricity vibrating around Kou's silhouette. His eyes were releasing a spark that continued flickering. Niklas' was astonished, paralyzed on the spot seeing that Kou's pressure exceeded power beyond his. It forced his eyes to open wide, and Tim could see Kou past Niklas' shoulder too. "What the... It's that kid..." Niklas swallowed his saliva, noticing a terrifying face behind him. Kou was intimidating, serious, and frustrated.

"K-Kou... No..." But Tim hardly had the strength to speak. Then, Kou finally finished his sentence. "Off him!!!" it sounded like a loud roar that boomed throughout the terrain, sky, and street at rapid fury.

Kou hurled his pulled-back arm, kicking up storming wind that stretched out higher and higher in the air. Kou rammed his knuckles and fist into Niklas' face.

On the contact, it burst back a spiral of wind that dragged with it numerous objects in the area. It caused a ginormous wall of dust and rocks that blasted on each side, stretching far into the distance behind. It blitzed past Koume's body, which was covering her view with her arms, like a tidal wave, and then the kicked-up wind forcefully blew her back, throwing her on the grass behind.

Niklas' face was squished together, and before he could do anything to move or react, he felt his feet drifting off the floor in the air. The blood squirted out from his face, splattering on the ground, and then he was sent flying at the speed of a falling meteor.

He went blasting between the winds like a rocket, smashing through the buildings' walls, through the mansion, and out into the open, up in the skies.

Kou's mouth shivered as his right arm ripped apart its veins, breaking his bones, but that didn't stop him. He knew that the attack he showcased was not enough to stop Niklas, and the moment he set the second foot on the ground, mint energy blasted out from his back, shooting back like a star.

He vanished, faster than the speed of sound, and exerted his pressure that released an overwhelming shockwave through the ground, and then cracked the floor into a crater.

Koume observed, seeing a mint trail speeding in the air and moving into the distance above the whole city on the hill. Kou blinked high above Niklas' beaten-up body and exposed mint electricity that continued to flash in a rapid chain of flashing lights. "My arm... ignore it, focus on the foe in front..." Kou suffered intense pain in his arms. "Max its power, and strike before he can dodge..."

He raised his knee, bent it in front of his chest, and angled his feet to match Niklas' unmoving body. "He saved you. Now it's my turn to save him!" Mint electricity started zapping around faster than the eye could see, and winds continued speeding around. Kou's voice roared out and echoed throughout the whole island, scaring away nature and birds, and where Ayuka and the others stood, they could see bright green energy flashing in the distance like a sun.

"What the hell is that?!" asked Yumiko, and they felt a sudden surge reach their bodies as if something was about to come crashing down.

Kou's soles exposed that same energy, and in the next moment, the mint energy pulsed out behind Kou like a rainbow trail, and instantly he darted down at Niklas, blowing away the clothes and creating a momentary whirlwind around.

"This is for everyone that had to suffer because of you!" Kou shouted. "It's over, Niklas!!!" he crashed his right foot down at Niklas' face at intense velocity and then dragged Niklas' through the air down to the very bottom of the entire hill.

Kou darted over the grass, cement, roofs, and buildings, leaving a long mint trail that was visible from the city hall. He drove him from the highest peak of the hill toward the city, and then finally flashed in front of Ayuka and others' views. Their eyes opened wide, and the next moment they saw the unimaginable.

Kou's foot smashed into the ground, ramming Niklas' whole body into the hard terrain. It riled up one final windstorm that began tossing around the objects and cracking down the walls.

The final impact, of the foot colliding spread out another shockwave, this time much more powerful than the previous. It quaked the floor, cracking it and exploding them into a hurricane of flying-around boulders that rained around the entire front city. Some of the ships that were docked at the docks were bombarded by them and completely destroyed.

Then, everyone else in the middle of a gigantic hurricane, and destroyed terrain felt the wind pushing them far back and even started dragging them in the wind. Ayuka and the others could barely withhold it and there was nothing they could do to escape it, but meet it head-on with their shouts reverberated around, but were underheard because of the powerful wind.

Ayuka, Yumiko, and others couldn't hold on for much longer, and they too were sent flying through the air, slamming their bodies up against the buildings, with some of them falling in between a massive tsunami that was created straight from Kou's abnormal power.

They splashed in the water like fallen rocks, one by one, and sunk deep under, until the very last moment when the sea calmed down. They opened their eyes, and together with everyone swam back up the surface. They climbed back up on the docks at the city hall and looked toward Kou.

They shared surprised faces, with neither of them expecting so much raw force. But, then they saw Kou's leg, injured to no bitter end, pressing up against Niklas' unconscious face. "Kou..." Claimed Ayuka, and became confused.

She noticed Kou slowly losing consciousness, saying "He... did it..." Ignoring all the credit he gave, and smiled. "Kou!" Ayuka shouted and quickly ran toward him, catching him in her grasp.

"Hey, Kou! Are you all right?!" she was stressed out, but she soon noticed that Kou had fallen asleep with his right arm nearly torn apart, as well as his right leg.

The others came running behind and surrounded Ayuka, looking down at him, and noticed that Niklas' was beaten up, and suffered intense wounds from just two powerful strikes. "It's Niklas..." Claimed Peter, amazed. "That kid..." Kira continued, looking at him, and so did Bruno. "That kid did this? *He* defeated Niklas?"

They were speechless, seeing the massive oblivion around the docks, and the true extent of Kou's hidden power. "Kou... and Tim... they... won..." was Yumiko's final word.
