Calm

Above the sky, It was a faint and indiscernible shadow flying around the sky. She was riding the wind, shooting Anemo elemental blast from her hand.

The wings on her back expand and support her in her endeavor. She was like a star, a shining golden star.

I was mesmerized by the scene I was watching. It was a spectacle that I cannot imagine. It wasn't like the game, it was reality.

Dvalin roared wildly, shooting wind blades at her. But as if the wind was guiding her, she was able to dodge easily. I know who it was and what it was.

"Wow, she was able to dodge those?!" Barbara exclaimed in surprise.

Those wind blades were too fast for the human eyes. To be able to dodge those, one has to be very high level. There is no way, a low-level can dodge those blades.

Dvalin noticed that its attacks were not effective. It flies straight to Lumine. Intending to bite her with its huge maw.

"Look out!" Barbara tried to warn Lumine.

But how could Lumine hear her? Is she okay? She's a little bit overreacting... Well, it's given. They don't know that Lumine is a strong girl.

As Dvalin is about to crunch Lumine, She easily maneuvers upwards using Dvalin's nostril as a foothold. Taking out her sword, Lumine slashed it on the purple jewel around Dvalim's neck.

Dvalin roared in anger as if it could feel pain.

"Oh, storm terror is inflicted! Nice!" With gusto pose uncharacteristic for her image.

Jean facepalmed. "Barbara don't embarrass yourself."

"..." Barbara's face flushed, realizing her action.

"You're deaconess of the church of Favonius."

"I know that you don't have to remind me." Barbara pursed her lips while grumbling.

"But, you're right. That girl is skilled... I would like to spar with her."

"Your thoughts are slipping Sis." Barbara squinted her eyes, glaring at her sister. Placing her hands on her hips.

"Ahem, don't mind me. It cannot be helped, that someone as strong will certainly make me enlighten to the next level." Jean's face turned slightly red, she made up an excuse.

"I don't believe you. You just want to fight her so you can slip off your paperwork." Crossing her arms, Barbara hit the blind spot.

"Uhh, It's not like that."

I look at her in silence. When she saw me looking at her, she tried to make an excuse. This is bizarre, I didn't think a steadfast as her would get embarrassed.

Well, they are sisters after all. But, I just can't put my finger on it. Their relationship seemed pretty normal for siblings.

It's just that, in the game, these two should have a tense relationship. Or is it just me?

"You look pretty calm in such a situation Master Jean?" I shouldn't pry into their relationship, I don't plan to be a busybody. However, if I have an intimate relationship with this woman. Perhaps, I'll change my mind.

"Please Ignore that, Ronan... The situation has already been subsided. The citizens are safe and the city barrier is manageable. As long as your companion can handle that dragon. There should be no problem whatsoever."

"I see, that's good to hear. As for my companion. Lumine should be able to handle this matter without a hitch." I said with confidence. I don't doubt Lumine's prowess at all, with her the journey will be smooth sailing, right?

"Oh, You're pretty confident?" She sounds surprised. She is confused about where I got that confidence from.

"You may not believe me, Lumine is stronger than she looks. However, because of her circumstances, she could not display her true power." I said subtly, the corner of my lip raised. I should let Lumine spar with her. If what Jean said it could help her. Perhaps, I'm able to help her.

"..." Jean stared at me then raised her head to watch the fight. She didn't answer but I could feel she was eager.

"What are you doing?" Eula nudged my shoulder.

I turn my head and look at her beautiful face up close. I snake my arms around her waist and gently pull her to my side. I whispered to her milky peach ear. "Nothing. Why are you grumpy."

"Who's grumpy?" Eula rolled her eyes. She tried to get away from me but will she? With my current strength, that's nearly impossible. "Why are you like this? Everyone is looking."

"Don't mind them. Let them see."

"Did you forget what my little sister said earlier? The Imunlaukr clan proposed a marriage." She said but her tone was very icy cold like an ice storm in winter. I could feel prickly icicles prickling my skin.

"Why are you conscious of them? You are not married to them." I grumbled.

"There are people from the Imunlaukr clan among them." She looks at the vision holders surrounding the magical device.

"Are you worried they would harm me?" I know what she was concerned about.

After all, The Imunlaukr Clan is one of the founding Clans in Mondstadt. Offending them isn't a good thing. Getting rid of me will be easy for them.

However, will I let them? once I ransack Lawrence's vault and reach a new level. Let's see who will be the one who gets the last laugh.

Eula nods without replying. I pulled her even more deeply into my embrace. I glance at the people she pointed and there I saw their fugly faces, contorting like an anus.

Barbara leans forward, peeking at us. Her eyes were very curious. Her lips raised as she strode before us. "What is this?! I smell romance! La la la laaa~!"

Like every girl injected with dopamine, her hormones as a teenager spiked up a little bit too high. That's what I see in her eyes.

Eula coldly glances at Barbara."A little girl from the Gunnhildr Family, you better keep those words out of your mouth. This lady don't want to hear it, whatsoever coming from it."

"Hey, I never said anything!... Yet." Barbara protested dejectedly. She wanted to make fun of the Ice maiden. "If I didn't witness it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it... Ah, Spring has brought itself into Dragonspine. Such a melodramatic moment, how can I the deaconess of the church of Favonius ignore this moment?"

Jean listened to her little sister's ramblings turn her head. But then she popped a vein on her forehead.

"Unlike my Elder Sister, A dandelion that should be blooming in spring. Such title is wasted on her."

Jean extended her arm. "Ouch! Sis, don't!" with a pinch between her fingers. Jean pulled Barbara by her ear.

"Barbara stop your mischievousness."

"Let go, Sister. You can't do this to me. I'm the deaconess." Barbara protested while struggling.

Jean reluctantly let go. She heavily sighed. "If you know what you are, you shouldn't have done that... Ronan, Eula, forgive my sister's mischief."

Eula shakes her head. "Jean, apology accepted however, I don't need it. Barbara's curiosity is a phase, everyone experiences."

"Thank you."

"And you little girl from Gunnhildr, you shouldn't poke your little nose to somewhere it doesn't belong or you'll be eaten by the big bad wolf." Eula looked at me and scoffed lightly. Hey! Don't look at me like that, she may look like the same age as Lumine but she's a no-no.

"Wolf?" Barbara tilted her head in confusion.
