"Come on, little Klee."
"Let's not play games today, and find a more fun place."
After asking Klee to turn off the Pokédex and the game, Takumi took Klee's little hand.
Takumi currently had a second Pokémon Secret Realm card in his possession—the Hisui Area card—besides the Pokémon Ecological Zone card.
He had repeatedly confirmed that since this card did not summon an ecological area, using and placing it caused almost no disturbance. Therefore, Takumi decided to quietly set up the gate of time and space in the research institute. On the other side of the gate, in the Hisui region, he planned to build another research facility that would act as a hub between the two worlds. Naturally, Takumi had to maintain control over such a crucial port.
The Research Institute in the Early Morning
Takumi took Klee to see the orchid mantis flowers and pick up some special-flavored energy cubes for feeding. He also had an extra baby Beldum to look after.
His breeding plan for Ningguang's Beldum was to "freeze" it temporarily. He wanted to observe the one brought by big sister Lurantis first.
It should be noted that yesterday evening, Xiangling had been "blasted away" by Takumi; otherwise, with the Scyther's eagerness to learn from its master, Xiangling would also have left it under Lurantis care.
Training and raising the 250 champion-level Pokémon were responsibilities under the research institute's care, but there was a fee—and it was not cheap.
The underground space had been repaired by the construction team. At first glance, it looked like the ruins of Wadi. Takumi arrived here and used the secret card. Suddenly, a powerful time-space atmosphere filled the surroundings. Secret scenes appeared and vanished.
In an unknown and nameless void, two legendary Pokémon, Dialga and Palkia, had been battling endlessly. These two gods controlled time and space respectively.
At the same moment, a calm and ethereal voice echoed in Takumi's ears:
"The Hisui region is the predecessor of the Sinnoh region."
"This area is surrounded by nature. It dates back to a time when humans rarely lived alongside Pokémon..."
Takumi pondered for a moment. It seemed the "principle" behind the Secret Realm Card involved Dialga and Palkia's entanglement, causing chaos in time and space.
His eyes suddenly brightened, a certain enthusiasm growing within him.
The Hisui Region
Mount Coronet stood in the center of the Hisui region. This location was incredible, with ruins of the Sinnoh temple standing atop it since ancient times, veiled by a mysterious power that prevented access through Pokémon flight.
In the original game, there was a hidden scene at the Spear Pillar where wild Dialga and Palkia could appear.
"Wow, these two mythical beasts are so cool. They are both dragon gods and control time and space! Conquering either of them would mean having the power of an ancient archon of Teyvat!"
"Phanes...Istaroth…"
Takumi set up the secret time-space gate and found Klee. He brought Cresselia along, and they all crossed through the intense time-space fluctuations. Their figures vanished without a trace.
The Hisui Region
Klee excitedly pointed at the towering snow-capped mountains in the distance.
"Another snowy mountain! Will brother Albedo and sister Sucrose be there?"
Takumi smiled and gently tapped Klee's head.
"That isn't Dragonspine. It's called Mount Coronet, and it has something very, very scary."
Cresselia also widened her gemstone eyes, curiously observing this foreign world of time and space.
"Takumi, there are many ancient Pokémon here," Cresselia noted.
"Takumi, there's a human settlement not far from here."
Takumi nodded—that should be Jubilife Village, a town constructed by the Galaxy Team.
"Cresselia, let's explore briefly first, and eventually head to the top of the snow-capped mountains!"
He handed the Pokédex to Cresselia and had her act as the cameraman for the journey.
Suddenly, Takumi had another idea: Why not film their exploration of the Hisui area, edit the footage, and use it as more than just a promotional video for the "Pokémon Auto Chess" game?
Instead, he could set a loftier purpose for this "promotional video." He wanted ordinary people in Teyvat to have a better understanding of the future era that lay ahead—an intuitive understanding. This would allow those aspiring to be trainers to see that, besides the Vision, Teyvat now had a power system capable of helping one "become a god!"
In the Woods Near the Teleportation Point
Just as they started filming, Takumi's psychic senses detected a pack of Growlithe with green fur not far from the teleportation point.
"A pack of Hisuian Growlithe? How convenient, since Ningguang plans to create an elite guard force to adapt to this special generation and protect Liyue Harbor's safety," Takumi thought.
"Let's capture some males and females and bring them back, or find some Pokémon eggs and send them to the research institute for breeding!"
He touched his Poké Ball thoughtfully.
Jade Chamber
Hongyi set foot once again in the palace that symbolized the pinnacle of Liyue's power. However, compared to before, he felt more composed after a week of working as the "Deputy Sheriff."
"You stay right here, Cutie," he said, patting his Growlithe's head before heading inside to present his work report. The Growlithe, already at level 20, had grown considerably and sat quietly.
Inside the palace, Hongyi presented a detailed work report to Ningguang. As she reviewed it, Hongyi glanced around, looking for Beldum.
Secretary Baixiao whispered to him, "Captain Hongyi, Master Ningguang's Beldum has been fostered by Manager Takumi's Pokémon House for several days."
Hongyi was surprised. "The Pokémon House? It's in the bustling market of Liyue Harbor. With that much traffic, how do they manage to open new businesses?"
Before he could dwell further, Ningguang looked up.
"Although some casualties were unavoidable, due to your outstanding work, Captain Hongyi, the number of casualties and economic losses have been minimized," she said. Closing the report, she added, "Have you brought the list of capable personnel I requested?"
Hongyi nodded and handed over a roster. A total of one hundred names. These individuals were the elites he had selected from the Qianyan Army—people passionate about Pokémon, possessing the skills and personality needed to become notable trainers.
Ningguang smiled faintly in satisfaction.
"Once Manager Takumi delivers a batch of Growlithe to us, the Pokémon Guard Force directly under the jurisdiction and command of the Qixing of Liyue will be established!"
Hongyi was about to leave when Secretary Baiwen hastily reminded him.
"Master Ningguang, Manager Takumi just posted a new video in the customer group chat! Please take a look."
