The Lunar Base project entered its second phase, and the transport ship was ready to set sail.
The first task of the second phase was to transport materials, equipment, personnel, etc., to land near the Lunar Base.
After arriving at the Moon for the second time, the transport ship would stay for approximately one week.
During this one-week period, the personnel landing on the Moon would quickly build a temporary living base. Once the temporary living base was complete, the transport ship would carry back to Earth the two astronauts designated for the Lunar Base vehicle as well as other personnel who had completed their tasks, while a portion of the staff would continue working on the Moon.
The personnel continuing their work would mainly consist of professional technicians and construction workers.
