Ashton didn't waste any time and headed to Qio, the head dragon's room to converse with him. He had a lot of things to report to him after all these years although he thinks the old dragon might've already been aware of it.

The moment he stepped inside the hall, he bowed down to the great dragon and uttered, "Father Qio, it's me, Ashton."

"You are already awake," the dragon said. "How was your sleep? It's been a while since you last got here, child," he said and chuckled.

Ashton smiled and replied, "Never better."

"Really? That is not what I see, child," Qio said, which made him silent. "You still haven't forgotten what happened, don't you?"

"I don't think I can forget such a terrible memory," Ashton replied and chuckled. "It has been following me in my dreams," he said and smiled bitterly.

"Do you still wish to forget everything?" Qio asked.
