/"I know,/" I cupped his face, /"That's why I never intended to bring it up. When I first saw Brianna, I thought she looked like Eris. But it wasn't literally Eris that I saw. I saw another female who rejected her mate about to be with someone else's mate. Like what Eris did./"

Alastor frowned, /"Brianna has never found hers./"

/"Ask Zeus,/" I shrugged my shoulders, /"Why do you think he's always adamant on you rejecting me? He hates mates. What do you think the reason for that is?/"

That thought has always been nothing but mere suspicion. But when Delta Solomon talked to me earlier about Zeus, he only confirmed my suspicion. I have no idea if he intends to do that or not, but it doesn't matter.
