"Babe," Scott called, stroking my hair.
"Hmm."
"Do you know who Donna's special guest is?"
"Hmm, no. I think she'll inform us about the issue once things are settled. We still have Chris on the loose, and she wants clearance to come back into the country."
"I wonder what she must be up to," he sighed.
My phone suddenly began ringing, and I checked the caller to find out it was Bella.
"Speaking of the devil," I waved my phone at him.
"Hello."
"Kiara, where in hell are you? Little Don and Leon are about to make me lose my mind," she said in a dramatic tone, which made me chuckle.
"And when did people start making you lose your mind? I thought it was the other way round."
"Well, this father and son duo have broken a record. So, where are you?"
"At home."
"You sure?"
"Yes, why?" I asked, tilting my neck.
