prologue- A new world

(I'm gonna put random questions at the start of these and you can answer them if you want. They will range from kinda serious to really stupid. So for this chapter it's what is the most ridiculous name you can think of for the main character?)

(So far the votes is -1 for harem, 1 for Blake, 1 for yang and 1 for Neo also remember it is a multiverse story so it doesn't have to be from rwby also i've decided what the second world will be and I will not go through the entire plot of rwby because i'm lazy)

I stare at the sky from my place on this building. It's really calming watching the sunset with no-one trying to talk to you, steal from you or h̸͉̐u̴̞͒ŗ̴́ẗ̵̮́ ̸̭͂ý̴̢o̵̥͂u̴͖̎. You could ask me what i'm doing up here but c'mon we all know. We wish that we didn't but we know. I stand up and was about to jump but I heard a door open behind me. I turn around and see my childhood friend Alexa. She asks me "What're you doing?". I smile at her and tell her "C'mon don't lie to me you know what i'm doing". She asks "Why?". The smile on my face dissapears as I turn around again "If you have problems with you're family, it's hard but you can deal with it. If you have problems with friends, it's hard but you can deal with it. If you have problems with you're love life, it's hard but you can deal with it. It's different when it happens all at once though. I know that you know what they did to me but you ignored it. You never helped me. You never got anyone else to help me and when you realised how I felt about you... well we know what happened". I hear her fall over and try to say something "but it's fine I forgive you. It's just that no-one will believe it's you're fault. I will be blamed for everything that happened because i'm the freak. Maybe if you actually tried to help me I wouldn't be here but in simple terms". I walk to the edge and put one foot of the edge "I'm finally gonna be free". I jump and I can hear run at me trying to grab my hand. She doesn't reach me. I don't scream. I don't feel regret. I just feel calm and then nothing. Well except for an annoying (f/c) (In case you don't know it's favourite colour) window in front of me.

I'm writing down on a notepad to remember that one of my objectives is to not get a harem.

[Anyway as I was saying you have the ability of the gamer which has a lot of different aspects but the main ones are stats, quests, skills, hp, mp, bloodlines, transformations and the familiar system each of which I will explain now]

What about everything else?

[you will get tutorials for them. Now the first thing is stats which are strength, agility, luck, wisdom and endurance. strength is how much damage you do to the enemy with the rule damage = strength x 5 so right now you can only do 10 damage per attack, agility affects how fast you are and how quick you can react to things, luck obviously affects how lucky you are but what it does heavily depends on the situation for example in one case it could get you laid and in another it can stop you from dying, wisdom affects your mp and how smart you are the rule for this is mp = wisdom x 10 and finally endurance which is how much hp and stamina you have which I am now realising I forgot to add into your stats anyway for hp it's the same rule as wisdom]

Wait you missed what from my stats?

[I'll fix it as I talk but I will tell you that stamina is essentially a bar which slowly runs out as you fight and when it is empty you are stunned for an amount of time it depends on what world you are in but for this world it's only one minute and the rule for stamina is hp + mp, got it?]

Yep. 

[Alright now the next thing to cover is quests which are exactly as they sound they are missions that is given to you through specific actions and completing them will give you rewards, the harder the quest, the better the reward]

Got it. 

[Now the most interesting part to me are the skills, these can range from world destroying attacks to simple chores these can be gained through skill books, specific actions or being taught how to do something. Skill books can be bought from the shop or earned through quests and the rest is obvious]

Fair enough except i'm more curious about how you activate them.

[What do you mean?]

Well is it instant, a chant or something else?

[It depends on the world you are in but in the world you are going it is instant due to the fact you won't be getting many good skills yet and that the combat is pretty quick paced]

Ok that makes sense.

[Now for hp and mp it's pretty obvious but just in case you don't know i'll explain. Hp is how much health you have and as long as you have any amount of health you'll be alive even if that amount is less than one so in other words just don't let your hp hit zero and mp is how much mana you have when you use skills it takes mana if it runs out nothing bad really happens except stamina will drop quicker and you can't use skills and speaking of stamina i've added it in]

I still don't understand how you can forget something like that.

[Anyway the next thing is bloodlines which are specific things that you can only have if you are part of a certain family, race or have the DNA of a specific person for example when you enter your first world you will get the bloodline of the silver eyes]

I don't know what that is either.

[Well you either figure it out or you die]

[The next thing on the list is transformations which is a large boost in power while it changes your image in some way shape or form like making your arm that of a demon or giving you a large aura with a large power boost]

Isn't that the same thing as bloodlines.

[Kinda but bloodlines are always turned on and give a permanent power boost while transformations have a time limit for when you can use them and a cool down before you can use it again]

Alright got it.

[The last one is the familiar system which obviously allows you to have familiars which can range from animals to actual people. This system allows the familiar to grow as you do and allows you to share skills with them as long as you have a close enough bond]

[Yep that's all now I will introduce myself I am the system and your job is to entertain me]

[Hold on I have to set off a really bright light]

A bright light shines and burns my eyes which forces me to close them and when I open them again I am in a shop standing next to a girl wearing head phones, A red cloak. I suddenly get a large headache as memories of everything that has happened in this world flooded my head. I quickly grab my head as ruby stares at me worried. 

"Big bro are you ok".

"Yeah, just a small headache".

Yeah a small headache that hurts like a bitch. She goes back to what she was doing as the pain in my head lessens. Fuck that hurt. Alright i'm y/n rose the son of tai xiao long and summer rose along with the big brother of ruby and younger brother of yang xiao long. I have silver eyes and my clothes are just a male version of ruby's. She wields a scythe and sniper rifle combo while yang has dual ranged shot gauntlets. I have a pair of hand guns which transform into daggers which I called ebony and ivory. I have a regular amount of aura and my semblance is called jackpot. It has nothing to do with luck though. If I pass one of my weapons to another person our aura's essentially combine and create a large blast attack but it is mostly kind of a last resort.

My mother died on a mission a few years back and it led to yang finding out about her real mother. She then took me and ruby on a trip to try and find her mother but we were attack by Grimm. We were saved by our uncle Qrow and since then me and ruby have been training to go to beacon. We are in this shop to get some more dust.

I'll do that later because we've got trouble. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I turn around to see a guy wearing all black with a bit of red. 

"Put your hands in the air now". 

"Are you robbing us".

"YES".

"I see".

I grab his head and knee him in the face followed by a dust enhanced shot with my handguns launching him out the window. Someone also tried to rob Ruby but he was kicked out the window. I follow her out side and change my handguns to daggers as she pulls out her scythe and turns off her music.

"Well then it looks like they want to dance ruby".

"I thought they wanted to fight".

"... I can't stay mad at you".

The guy with the red hair and weirdly long eyelashes send the rest of his goons at us and I rush at some of them. I kick one in the head and dodge all the bullets shot at me. I change ebony into the gun form and start firing back as I dodge the bullets and start beating down on the thugs. If you're wondering how i'm doing this... I don't really know. I jump up off ones head and I spin in a small circle facing down while shooting the rest with dust enhanced bullets.

I land on the ground and walk over to ruby as the thugs fall to the ground. They aren't dead just knocked out... maybe. I stand next to ruby and stare at the red haired guy. 

"You were worth every cent. Truly, you were"

He drops his cigarette and crushes it with his cane.

"Well red and... red, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as i'd like to stick around i'm afraid this is why we part ways".

He fires a large flare at us from his cane and we jump over it. We look around for him and see him climbing up a ladder to get onto a roof. Ruby asks the shop keeper if they will be ok without us. I don't wait for ruby and climb up the building as quick as I can but ruby has a speed semblance so we get there at the same time. 

"Hey".

"Stop right there you son of a bitch". 

"Swear jar".

"Not the time ruby".

"Persistent".

A bullhead come up from behind the building and shines a light directly into my FUCKING EYES. Also that guy got on it. 

"End of the line red's".

He throws a dust crystal at our feet and fires a shot at it.

"Ah crap baskets".

It was about to hit us with a large explosion but a huntress came down and shielded us from the blast. She fires a bunch of purple... things at the bullhead hitting it and causing it to shake badly.

He runs to the cockpit and says something to the person controlling it. The blond huntress makes a large purple circle above the bullhead and makes it rain ice. How the fuck does that even work? Another person steps out in a red dress and launches a fire ball at the huntress which she blocks but follows it up with a large explosion beneath the huntress which she dodges and uses the debris as a weapon launching at the bullhead as the girl in there tries to destroy it with more fireballs but the debris comes back together and keeps attacking the bullhead. 

Ruby fires some shots at the girl but she blocks it with HER FUCKING HAND. Ok that has to hurt. Anyway she launches more explosions underneath us and the huntress moves me and ruby out of the way as she dodges. Then they fly away. It feels like the huntress should've done more to stop them but oh well. 

"You're a huntress... can I have your autograph?".

"God damn it ruby".

One shadow clone takes 100 mana to make and one hit break. As it levels up the clones will become more durable and take less mana. When maxed out the clones will send any exp from killed enemies to the player until then only memories are shared.
