Adventurer Guild

After my full day of debauchery with Albedo, I decided to go back to Adventuring. I will have my way with Shalltear a day or two later.

Though before going back, I went to meet Demiurge to talk ask about what information he got from the prisoners.

I used Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown and teleported to the 7th floor.

I could have just asked Demiurge ro come to me to give his report, but I wanted to see the 7th floor.

And it was magnificent. A perfect depiction of what people think hell looks like.

Most of the floor is just pure lava and the little walkable land available is always burning.

The visibility in this place is low even though most things here emit light. And there are constant screams of the damned coming from everywhere.

Though the screams were just for cosmetics purpose in the game. But now they sound like as if real people are getting tortured here.

The lava and burning floor are useful to slowing down enemies. Whereas the sounds are just for cosmetic purpose.

This floor is filled with low level mob demons like Imps, Hellhounds, Hellbat, lava worms, etc. There are also other high level NPCs in the 7th floor.

At the top of the 7th floor hierarchy there is Demiurge , followed by 7 level 90 Demons, The seven Evil Lords. They are named after the 7 deadly sins, Wrath, Pride, Envy, Greed, Gluttony, Lust and Sloth.

After teleporting to the 7th floor, I popped out my devil wings and started going towards Blazing Temple, where Demiurge resides.

I stay in my Devil form most of the time, as my human form looks quite ugly. Atleast ugly compared to my devil form. My human form can be said to be average in my old world.

My Demon form is super ugly but looks kinda cool.

My Angel form is also pretty cool but looks kinda weird.

My Dragon form is too large so it's inconvenient to be in this form.

My Nephalem form is Okay though. I can stay in my Nephalem form if I want, but I like my devil form the best.

As I reached the Blazing Temple, Demiurge came out to greet me.

"Welcome to the 7th floor Lord Adrian. It's a pleasure to have you here." Said Demiurge.

"I am here to ask about what information you got from the captives." I said.

"Then I shall inform you everything I learnt from them." Said Demiurge as he started to explain everything he learnt.

"And My Lord, it seems there is a cult that worships you in this world." As Demiurge said that my head stopped working for a moment.

A cult that worships me? How the hell did that even happen.

"As expected of Lord Adrian. You already have followers in a world you haven't even visited before. Your power knows no bounds." Exclaimed Demiurge in a very happy and satisfied tone.

"And what does he knows about this cult of mine?" I asked.

Apparently information about my cult came from Nigun. It's to be expected, as he's a leader of one of the 6 scriptures. So he has access to a lot of knowledge kept secret from the general population.

"Unfortunately he doesn't know much. All he knows is that there is something written about you in an ancient book left by the so called 6 Great Gods themselves." A book with information about me?

Did I know these so called gods in Yggdrasil? I definitely don't remember hearing their names. To know more I will definitely need to find that book. But I will deal with that in the future.

Demiurge also informed me about other things. There were a few changes to the plot, but nothing major. Only the cult is the abnormality.

After my talk with Demiurge, I teleported a kilometre away from E-Rantel, took out the horse and rode it towards the city.

As I reached the outskirts of the city, I could see a small line infront of the city gate.

As I neared the city gate on my golem horse, people started to look over in wonder.

They probably have never seen anything like my Golem Horse before.

Seeing my unique horse, some noble will probably try to get it from me. And chances are they will just try to take it away for free.

And I will like them to try. It will give me a reason to publicly humiliate them.

While I don't need a reason to do anything, I can just kill every single noble right now. No one will ever know it was me.

But that's just boring. I want to play with their lives like they do to their victims. I will take everything away from these scummy nobles.

One of my favourite characters from Overlord is Jircniv, the ruler of the Baharuth Empire. And it's because he purged all the useless nobles of his empire.

Best decision ever. Might just give him a reward for that magnificent job he did.

Anyway, as my turn in the line came, I paid the guard the entry fees and entered the city.

The city looked okay. Not very nice but not very bad as well.

But it's a shitty city. Every city in Re-Estize is pretty bad. Full of crimes and corruption.

That Young Emperor Jircniv achieved a thousand times more in his shorter life than the foolish ruler of this Kingdom.

King Ramposa the Third. A disappointment in the name of a king. Never could make any bold decisions in fear of a war between the Royal and Noble Faction.

As if there was peace between the two factions. His indecisive attitude turned this kingdom into a hell hole.

When I take over, he's going down. His youngest Daughter is a 1000 times better than him

Despite being a normal human, she has the intelligence on par with Demiurge. I am definitely recruiting her.

Can't let such a genius get into enemy hands.

Anyway, I started to go towards the Adventurer Guild. I want to register as a adventurer and them get going.

When I reached the guild, I Admired the building for a moment. It Looked very similar to most of the other Adventurer guild in Isekai stories.

As I entered, a few pairs of eyes turned towards me. I ignored them as I went towards the lady at the counter.

She looked like she's in her early 20s. She looked pretty busty. A cliche big busted attendant at the adventures guild.

Seeing me approach, she asked me greeted me and asked for my purpose of visiting this place.

"Hello sir, welcome to the Adventurer's Guild. Can I ask what is your reason to come here." Asked the attendant.

"Hello miss. I would like to register as an new adventurer." I said.

"Oh, then please fill up this form. You will also have to play a fee of 10 silver coins." Said the attendant.

Money won't be a problem as I got a lot of local coins from the Sunlight scripture.

"Here's the money. But is there a way to start at a higher rank than copper. I am a very strong guy and I don't want to do some useless quests that's available at copper rank." I said to the attendant.

I don't have the patience to upgrade my rank one by one.

Hearing me a few of the people present started laughing.

"That newbie thinks he's worth something. Ahahaha!" One guy started laughing loudly.

The others also started to laugh. But I ignored them for now.

"Sorry to inform you sir, but there's no other way to raise your rank at the start." Said the attendant.

"How about you choose a high ranking adventurer and if I beat them you will promote me." I proposed.

"You are getting on my nerves newbie. If you want a fight. then come I will fight you." Said a thug looks looking guy.

"Then come. Even though you are pretty weak, you will serve as a warning to other weak Adventurers not to mess with me." I said.

We both went outside. There was a small croud gathering to see us fight. They were probably expecting a good fight. They were cheering for the fight. But they all got disappointed.

It was a pretty quick fight. I knocked him out in one attack. One punch only.

The crowd that was cheering just now went awfully quite.

He's a Platinum ranked adventurer. Who are pretty strong. So to beat him in a single attack means I am way stronger than him.

"So will you increase my rank now?" I asked the attendant.

"I am sorry sir. But I don't have the authority to do something like that. I will contact the guild master." Said the attendant.

"Then do that. I will come tomorrow once again." I said that as I left the guild and started to roam the city.

(So R18 won the vote. There will be R18 content in the future. But there will be a warning everytime, so those that don't like it can just skip it. And I will be doing some research to improve my R18 next time. So the next one might take a few days.)
