Blue man's experiment

"He won.." I mutter to myself.

I wake up in the infirmary with a bandage covering me. The nurse tells me how a knight attacked to steal all the prizes. They said I also got a prize of 500,000 yen, which they gave me even though it was stolen, which they had yet to mention. It could be to make everyone motivated.

"Thank you for caring for me," I say to the nurse. I politely bowed a little down at the nurse who was taking care of me. She smiles back at me in return. Then, I met Tatsu. She's waiting for me.

"Tatsu-san!" I exclaim.

She says, "I never expected Richard to be here either. You did great." I nod back in agreement and leave with her.

Once inside my base, I see a body inside the Soul Driver Machine.

"Hm," I murmur.

"Benjamin!" I exclaim as I notice him. He's badly injured, but his wound seems to be healing.

I move the soul driver machine to an empty room and connect him to it with various tools. I want to learn more about how chi works in his body.

'Animo really is badly influenced for me,' I think.

"The chi in this universe might even be worse than in others, but it will provide a good foundation."

I start sorting through the items I got from my last gacha and come across a cloaking projector.

"Ben's jacket…." I summon it out.

"I remember seeing some chief knockoffs of Collector in Ben 10," I add it back into my inventory.

Should I assimilate Dr. Holiday? Nanites are useless since they don't exist in this universe, and Animo is already enough. I'll keep her around for now and try to find a way to convince her.

"Oracle," I tell my AI companion.

"Observe how chi works in Benjamin's body. This might be the key to me being able to use that flame."

I set my plans aside for now and head off to sleep.

3rd POV

"So this is you when you first arrived, Hiroto," says the blue man who suddenly appears next to another man who looks similar to Hiroto but has a different haircut.

"Well, this version of me is more like a variant than my past self. This one has Gacha essence, while I have the Essence of the Scholar. You should talk to him if you want to see how everything will change. It'll probably be better than taking the lantern from Alan, right?" The man says before vanishing.

Dr. Manhattan then wakes up Hiroto and makes a table and chair.

"Hello, Hiroto, or should I say Kiyokura Taichi? I have something to offer."

'Great, am I going to be this guy's new talk buddy instead of an actor?' He thinks to himself. 'Probably not.' Hiroto took in a deep breath forcefully to calm down.

"So what do you want? I don't think you will talk about this universe, right?" Hiroto sighed, trying to be more usual. He knows what Manhattan is.

"I have some experiments I wish to conduct. These vials contain Essence of the Blank and Essence of the Stronghold. I want you to stop acting and be yourself in exchange for these two. I also want you to enter my event." Manhattan said,

"Stop acting? I never did it, though." He tilts his head,

Hiroto knows what Manhattan refers to. He is considered to be a bit of a Sociopath.

"No, you just act so everyone feels safe around you. You don't want to show this part of yourself to anyone. You start playing games. You don't care about anything. You're a man who would kill everyone in the universe just for your goal." Manhattan said, showing no emotions. Future, Hiroto thought to himself, observing the situation.

'This guy talks like that even if I'm here. Well, I don't think I'll reach that point, but if I assimilate around 3 crazy," Future Hiroto thought while observing the situation.

"If you really want that, then yes, I'm sure." Hiroto's tone changed. He loved to act calm or cheerful, depending on who he was interacting with. However, if that guy really wants it. He can stop an act.

"Then please take it. Now, I'll move to the next part of my event. I am hosting a survival game. The players will be reincarnated, transmigrated, or summoned to a specific fictional world, similar to the novel Lord Of The People. This has been approved by a lot of entities. They will act like constellations in the novel you read. Will you take part in this?"

"Yes," Hiroto

"It was nice to talk with you. Considering what these two vials mean for you, consider them my first sponsor. Manhattan disappears into a blue light.

'That guy made it seem so easy to find those things,' Future Hiroto thinks. His past self is safe, and that's all that matters. He uses the opportunity from Manhattan's light and creates a tiny portal that absorbs him back to his universe.

"Never thought that Manhattan would be removed from the equation this way," Hiroto says before opening both vials and directly consuming them.

Essence of the Stronghold

- You get your own fortified stronghold, which exists outside the bounds of time, space, and even reality. This renders it beyond the reach of almost anyone, and even those who do reach it will find that it's protected by an impenetrable field. Only those that you allow will be able to enter.

- Any currency you gain is automatically sent to a vault inside the stronghold, and you can call it back any time you wish. The vault will grow larger as you collect more money, so you'll always have room to store your money. Different currencies go into different vaults to keep things nice and orderly.

- Any weapons and armor you gain are organized neatly in an armory. You can retrieve items with the merest thought. Where/how they appear depends on their type. Armor will appear over your body; weapons will appear in your hand, etc. All items appear in a burst of harmless golden sparks. You can also launch weapons from the armory. The speed they're fired at is variable but no faster than super-sonic. You can control their trajectory with your thoughts. It will reappear in an armory in its original condition after it collides with something or when you wish it so.

- Items and living creatures stored here enter a sort of stasis. Anyone on the brink of death will remain on the brink of death but won't die; fresh food will stay fresh, etc. Wine, fortunately, seems to ignore this rule for whatever reason, so feel free to leave a bottle and come back for it after a couple hundred years.

- You gain a table with a terrain map of the last region you were in before entering the stronghold. It shows any major cities, landmarks, and points of interest. It also indicates any real estate you have in those locations. It also shows the areas of any mission you have.

- You get a wardrobe room where any clothes, beards, hairstyles, makeup, and tattoos you've had are stored, and you can wear them again. It doesn't make sense for some of those things, but this is an extra universal living space debatably odd.

- Any furniture you buy/steal/otherwise gain is stored in a basement storage area and can be applied to any room in the stronghold.

- In this stronghold, all aging is halted, will not have any basic needs, and will no longer grow ill.

- You can change the default aesthetic of the stronghold, which is a posh medieval castle, to any other theme you wish.

- The Stronghold, the extraversal place, takes you to anywhere in the multiverse. It can insert itself into these places or open a literal doorway there.

- If you wish, the stronghold may become sapient and generate servants to handle various tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and other miscellaneous things. The stronghold is unwaveringly loyal to you; nothing can influence it otherwise. The stronghold can also generate an avatar of its own or take over the body of one of the servants.

The essence of the Blank

- Your potential becomes limitless. You can learn any discipline or skill set, even if you aren't capable of it, without forgetting it and practicing it into mastery, no matter how much you learn. Any abilities you have from other Essences will increase where possible and develop in ways beyond their initial purposes.

"First ghost zone now a new base with no way to enter. Did he want me to?" Hiroto laughed a little before opening the door and stepping inside. He feels his sleepiness subside as he enters the place, no longer needing sleep.

[Congratulations, you have entered the event with millions of people.]

"What?" Hiroto mutters as part of his system interface (His gacha essence), now including new elements such as chat, market, achievements, quests, and streaming. He immediately clicks on the chat window to observe the situation.

"Hey guys, I just entered the Naruto world. Any tips?"

"Hello, everyone. Did anyone find a way to travel around the multiverse?"

"Everyone, I just bumped into the Joker. Help!!!!"

"Guys, I just woke up and suddenly became a Gamma in a reborn. What should I do?" "Anyone got some water, please? I'm in Mad Max world and about to die."

"Let's see what demand for weapons is first."

He takes one of the BOWA\*XBR-M-79-07G beam rifles in the market and sets the exchange for any books containing specific knowledge about powers in their original universes or valuable items.

"Let's see what I get," Hiroto says.

He starts tweaking his stronghold into different themes, trying to find the perfect fit.
