Frozen awakening

"Captain's log we have been assigned on a scavenger hunt to planet te'gra a waste land of a world or at least what's left of it, it is used as a dumping ground for the many powerful nation's that surrounded it and no one dares claim it as their own."

"Te'gra has a lot of rumors and mysteries around it, one rumor is that it was once a bountiful world with beautiful lush forests, grasslands and oceans until war broke out, another is that an asteriod or some celestial body crashed to planet."

"But it's all stories to me, ter'gra is being used as a dumping ground means that some discarded piece of equipment or ship weapons can be found on the surface but today we will go the haunted oceans hahaha has if ghosts existing on a dead world scare me its probably just some old broken down artificial intelligence computer running on fumes."

"My god mother once told me that I'm a decendent of the few who left the planet before the disaster so I feel conflicted about coming here my heart aches and I want to cry, it's not that I feel sad the mission I'm on requires we find the source of a distress signal of some sort I hope that it's someone else like. I'm captain mirai tanya of the interplanetary science committee signing off."

The captain of the S.C.S seats on her chair ending her report log she presses a button on her left arm of the chair and calls to the members of the ship, she says to them with great authority.

"crew prepare ship for landing, get your Harzard gear ready double check weapons have the drones scout the dead ocean and find that signal if this goes well, it's big pay day for everyone with extra bounses."

The ship's landing on the surface of ter'gra ocean makes a loud thud that echos through out the once large ocean the loading Bay opens as five figures set foot on the dry ground and drogon fly drones fly out in four different directions.

Jack the ships only science officer picks up a signal on his scanner and without any delay he quickly informs mirai of his findings.

"captain we have picked up a signal to the east and west are these what were looking for? "

He shows the hollow graphic projection that is displayed in front of mirai.

Mirai inspecting the signal and comparing it to the one her superiors requests her to investigate she dismisses it.

" it's not even remotely close to the one we're searching for Jack but order the other team to retrieve anything that maybe of value."

she shoves the projection aside as she walks toward a space ships graveyard.

Jack then proceeds to info the other three of the Captain's orders after responding to the captain.

"yes ma'am, Sheena, Max and Greg captain wants us to pickup any goodies we find got that." he speaks to the radio and transmits coordinates to them"

The other three receive the radio transmission and head out to pick up scrapes of metal and load them in Mobile crates. Max looks at Sheena and asks her

"Sheena what do you think about the job we got from the counsel to find the source of a distress signal on ter'gra, could there be any survivors here apart from the captain or maybe the mysteries of the planet could actually be..."

Sheena responds interrupting Max,

"it is of no concern of mine what we find I'm only here because of the Captain's kindness you know how seintiant Androids are looked down upon on the other planets except our own right?"

Greg laughs at Max and Pat's him on the back and whispers into his ear "that's not how you woo them kid".

Meanwhile the scouting drones fly over a ruined city that has large figure of a jet shaped spacecraft tail standing out from it's square, as mirai looks up at what appears to be a giant broken haul of the space ship she moves in closer to investigate it.

As she peers through it's broken windows and sees it's unusual design that's seems familiar and yet so alien to the galatic federation ships or the rexlian empire ships.

she has a puzzled look on her face under her space suit helmet wondering what it is she found and Just then the drones that were flying over the ship all fall down at once as if they were pull from the air.

This shocked mirai and she leaps backwards and pulls her gun from her back pocket as she feels a mencing presence around her fear grips her as if she is drowning in darkness.

But before she can fire her gun the presence dissipates as the drones start flying again around the ship.

Feeling relived from the pressure she felt mirai tries turning around and heading to Jack who is staring at her.

Mirai thinks to her self "that really scared me for a second, we should have those things fixed when we return to the station"

she trips on a cable that's lying on the ground and falls facedown as she turns around.

Jack notices and hurried to her aide. And he giggles at her misfortune and then advises her with a concerning tone in his voice.

"Are you hurt captain, you have to be very careful here there all sorts of thing laying around that can really you if you're not watching where your going."

Upset at his remark, mirai gets up dusts herself and notices something on her scanner and looks in the direction of it's origin and she sees a shining object under a very badly damaged spacecraft illuminated by the sunlight that shines through the small holes in it's haul .

"Jack knock it off and pay attention to your scanner i have found our target, call the others over here and tell them to move as quickly as they can, we can't afford to waste any more time."

Jack calls the others on his communicator and informs them of the situation and instructs them to abandon anything there doing .

Max receives the transmission first as he is picking up engine parts disappointed to be interrupted he drops them down from a pile of parts he was standing on and leaps down .

Sheena stands over the ruined city atop a skyscraper quietly observing the drones, when her sensors pick up Jack's transmission, she walks over to the edge of the building leaning over to bring her body to fall, and then deploying wings from her back allowing her to glide to where Jack and mirai are.

Greg sees Max rushing over he waves at him as he receives the transmission he turns around to see Sheena gliding over them then he walks in the direction she's heading.

Watching all of this unfold whilst floating above the crash site of the ship a black figure smiles and chuckles, and speaks to it's self " it's a brand new day that has dawned". it's merges back with the box container.
