Cang Lan Sect Trail

Upon arriving at the sect I could see the many other disciples gather around a large stone in the center of a platform in which an elder called "Entry test, bone frame examination. One star bone frame 50 points, twin star bone frame 60 points, triple star bone frame 70 points."

Zhu Hong Xiu then made her way onto the stage to which the stone was engulfed by flames and the examiner said "Triple star, flaming bone frame, 75 points."

Li Fu Chen then went to the stone and sighed because the stone did not react getting many to laugh and the examiner simply said, "Hmph. ordinary bone frame 40 points!" Then others continuously went up until it was my turn.

Upon going on the stage I placed my hand on the stone and began to freeze from top to bottom and releasing a cold chilly mist around it. The examiner then called, "f-four-star, frost bone frame, 85 points!"

Many in the crowd were shocked even those from the same city as my bone frame was never exposed to others. They started to whisper many things amongst themselves such as, "It's a genius." and "We must get on his good side."

We then moved onto the second test to which we were all handed a book and put in a group of ten, given a stick of incense to memorize and perform as many as we could. There were forty moves in total and 6 moves were a passing point.

I saw Li Fu Chen's groups Tu Liang merely memorize 4 moves and got 40 points while both Zhu Hong Xiu and Yang Kai learning 9 moves for 75 points. Many turned to Li Fu Chen and saw him perform 12 moves with the elder granting him 110 points.

A/N: Stick of incense is around 20-30 minutes but I will say 30 minutes.

I then grabbed my sword and moved it swiftly performing all 40 moves which made all their jaws drop in disbelief and the elder say "360 points, full mastery!"

This got the crowd riled up again seeing that I had mastered all the 40 moves in just a stick on incense worth of time. From this moment on they began to call me a monster. "We compared the other guy to the sword maniac but this guy is way above the sword maniac!" A member of the crowd commented.

We were then lead to a large cave called 'green cloud path' and was where the third test would be held. I rushed through the cave at an incredible speed seeing that everyone was still at the start of the cave while I rushed through and destroyed every illusion that came before and within just half an incense's worth of time.

Then I simply relaxed and saw Li Fu Chen came after me which shocked many to see that an ordinary bone frame could do such. I then walked up to Li Fu Chen and greeted him saying "Wow, that was hard no?"

"It doesn't look like you found it hard." He replied before walking away.

We were all then lead to an inn to stay and have food before the next day. I decided this would be a good time to talk to Li Fu Chen. I spotted him eating alone and made my way to him and once again and asked, "Li Fu Chen, mind if I sit here?"

"Of course you can." He replied as he continued to eat.

The table beside us began to talk about the 'Ten Heaven Proud Disciples' before saying "I heard Guan Xue broke through to the fifth layer of the water wave technique." then another commented on this with "Well she has a four-star water tendering bone frame practicing water techniques with double the efficiency."

I noticed this visibly made Li Fu Chen nervous to which I said "Don't worry it's only a matter of time before you reach her level."

"Ha~ it will still take a while with my bone frame." He responded.

"Bone frame is not necessarily what makes one's achievements," I responded before finishing my food and leaving.

I sat on my bed and began to cultivate breathing in the much denser Qi compared to outside of the sect. With each breath, I absorbed more Qi before I began to break through to the 8th then 9th layer peak.

"I should hold off breaking through for now and breakthrough another time to have the most stability." I thought to myself as I decided to call it a night...
