Yesterday at noon Ken got off his job early and visited the Djinn Bar, Complaining about how hard and boring it was the whole day to Joseph.

".....Then I have a chemistry test in a few days and what's worse the Rankings had not given me with any luck at all, no news, no challenges, no exciting bets at the moment (Grumble)... Hey uh~ Jo buy me some food please" Ken had then stood frozen from how Joseph was looking at him irritated.

"Oh~ I get. I'm supposed to sit here listen to your bickering and serve you food, (Irritated expression) What a friend you are" Joseph clenched his fist and glared at Ken, "Don't hit please. I still haven't recovered from Harold's kick, my stress and luck makes it worse" Ken who had his head on the table raised his arm to call a waiter.

"I have some news from you, the security cameras caught an unexpected visitor whose so happen to acquaint the 'Tiger Twins' and thanks to me who had wired this place with bugs have gotten ear of what they were on about" Joseph got serious crossing his arms and putting his glasses back on,

"What was it about and more importantly who is this unexpected visitor it seems that I had caught interest" Ken asked,

"Dea gul Na a mad hound even way back before the Me, Harold, and the 'Emperor' was here Dea gul seemed to have a bit of control in seoul back in the dispersed days of gangs. And they were talking about you, the fight you had with the twins here and your relationship with me" Joseph answered with no crack between his emotionless face.

"So it's just news about me spreading, nothing else" Ken spoke with a smirk then took a sip of sparkling grape and frowned,

"No it's not. This ones different, Dea gul is looking information about you" Joseph eased himself pushing back his glasses.

Ken kept sipping on the sparkling grape and frowned looking into the ice covered in bubbles, Ken finished his drink then said "Oh that I figured but I thought it was just a lackey stalker. Well then! Get ready to expect a change in the rankings, see you tomorrow Jo" to Joseph seemingly surprised he knew someone was following him then Ken just left.

It's been 3 weeks since Ken had arrived and a wave of trouble comes a long with him something not to worry for the High Three, but a potential of a rising Fighter got their interest in him which explains the info resource search for Red Eyed Phantom also the current status of his had not shown yet in value due to him not present in the Rankings but his first impressions had left many people desire him to side with them.

A week had gone bye and unimaginable thing had happened it was that in the Rankings Jun ko has been declared removed and replaced by Ken Shigura, Jun ko was involved of delivery of substances such like Marijuana and weeds that vary in levels of illegal use in parts of the country, lastly it was stated that even selling one of these illegal substances caused seven years of juvenile prison and was send.

The Rankings website administration had said "since Jun ko will be staying in juvenile for several years and will no longer be active in seoul he 'Jun ko Baek' is now of taday not part in the rankings until his release, instead of advancing the ranked person below 15th rank one level we 'The administration of Rankings' had placed the new ranker Ken Shigura in 15th place in the Rankings" the news had spread far in seoul rankers and it had angered them that they did not advanced due to someone who was called the red eyed phantom, all their anger was directed to Ken.

Questions filled the thoughts of Ken and started asking questions about it to Kiyoung at lunch break spraying questions "Hey.. (chew~swallow) Kiyoung Oppa, how come Dea gul Na did not get removed from the ranking?",

"Dea gul Na had 2 years and 3 months of Juvenile wich is said in tge rules of Rankings 3years and below of juvenile does not count of removal from rankings that's the rules, oh... By the way... Did you just called me Oppa?" Kiyoung answered.

Ken:"Ah~ I see", Kiyoung:"You did not answer my question. Why did you call me Oppa?, we're the same age", Ken:"oh that was because your an OG reader of Rankings aren't you?", Kiyoung:"That's not valid reason to call me Oppa, so I sincerely ask you to stop calling me that".

Ken finished his lunch break and went back to class, after school three guys were there.

Ken's thought speaks of this situation as a fight, but for the past three weeks Ken was here that the other side of fighting with money, business, and mostly Rankings' Betting system.

The one in the middle whose the shortest said "Follow us", so as a person who seeks this type of interests Ken followed them to a cafe that is guarded by few thugs wearing black clothing. Who's this important to wait for Ken.
