your voice

When I first heard your voice I felt my heart pounding. Your voice sounds like a melody it's sweet, soft and delicate. Where were we when I heard your voice? How did I come to like you, you who I've only seen in my dreams?

"Aren't you coming " "O-oh right I am".  Since when were my dreams so vivid I can't help but wonder who you are I don't know your name I don't know where your from I don't know why someone like you decided to suddenly slip into my dreams as though it was where you belonged all along. 

"You look so lost in thought" "Do I" "Yup haha" his eyes glistened as his smile grew wide

"oh" he looked into the sky " looks like we have to go soon the sun's rising ugh that sucks "

"We spend like 8 hours together every day but that isn't enough"

"you can put it that way," he said as the breeze ran through his silver hair that sparkled in the moonlight

"hey what if we aren't in the same universe and you actually live in a place called Donkey Kingdom" she grinned 

"Huh why am I the one who lives in donkey kingdom, unfortunately, we are both gonna wake up soon so I'll forgive you," he said as he pinched her cheek

"Ow!" she said rubbing her cheek 

"oh will you look at that wake up safely and wish my luck I wake up late cause of you every day my mum will kill me "

"HEY!" I open my eyes realizing it's already morning 

"Mum I think my little sister has gone crazy" Kai brushes his hand through his hair

"Just tell her to eat breakfast I have to go to work make sure she gets there on time it's her class party today " 

"OK" Kai sighs 

she's in 5th grade yet I have to help her do everything shouldn't it be more important it's my middle school graduation I'm going into high school next year" he mumbles under his breath before yelling
