I raised an eyebrow at Abraxas. "Did you sneeze?"

He didn't chuckle at my joke. Oh, so he doesn't have a sense of humor? I shifted my feet, obviously uncomfortable. "A Nephilim is an offspring of an archangel and a human. Estral is the son of the archangel, Gabriel." He explained. "Estral is, also, a very sensitive angel. He is known for..." His voice trailed off. "I would just make sure you appreciate him."

I nodded my head. "Will do, sir." Abarax nodded his head at me and disappeared. I turned to my friends, who were all giving me the same look. I sighed. "I'm not saying it."

"Say it." London said. I glared at them.

Once I realized that they weren't going to give in, I sighed. "Fine." I threw my hands up. "You guys were right."

London smiled. God, that smile drove me crazy. "Well? You should call him and tell him you're sorry." They said.

I looked at my hands and started picking at my nails. "Don't do that." I jumped and turned around. Estral was looking at his. "Abarax came to your house and told me to be with you." He smiled. "Your dad is very nice, by the way."

I couldn't help but smile. I felt so thankful now that I knew he was one of the most powerful angel's ever. I stepped towards him and punched his arm lightly. "You're not so bad, Es. Thanks for that." He nodded his head. "Oh, um, this is Hailey, her boyfriend Jacob, and," I looked at London and smiled, my face turning red.

Estral looked at me and chuckled. "London. It's nice to meet you guys." He stuck out his hand and they all shook it. He turned back to me. "You should probably go to school." He turned around and walked towards our school.

I looked at London, who gave me a small smirk. Oh my gosh, I love them. I looked at Estral, who gave me a smirk. A knowing smirk. I pointed at him. "Keep walking." He chuckled and walked away.

We entered the building and Hailey let out a sigh. "Hey, you're lucky your birthday is on a Friday." I raised an eyebrow, signaling her to continue. "Are you stupid?"

London frowned. "Don't call him that."

'You like them.' I jumped at the voice. I KNEW that wasn't my voice. 'Can you chill? That's the second time you jumped at me.' I looked at Estral, who was smirking.

My eyes widened. 'Get out of my head, Es.'

'No. Give me a reason to.'

I glared at him. He threw his hands up, but continued to smirk. Hailey rolled her eyes. "Sorry, Lon. Forgot you two were in love." Before either of us could defend ourselves, she continued to talk. "Anywho, I was saying that you should have a party. Just us four plus Estral." She looked at Estral and linked her arms with him. "You ever been to a party?"

He gulped and shook his head. "No, actually, I-"

Hailey tapped his head. "You'll have fun. Trust me." She whispered something in his ear and he nodded his head. "Great. Perfect." She turned to me and smirked. "Party at your house tonight. It's a sleepover."

I chuckled. "Who said I agreed to this?" They all gave me the puppy dog eyes. "No-" They continued to do it. "Fine, whatever." They all cheered silently as the bell rang.

Hailey and Jacob went one way while London, Estral, and I went another. We turned the corner and Estral let out a sigh. "Humanity is beautiful. Is it not?" He asked us.

London chuckled. "Of course. Some things are more beautiful, though." I walked into our Science class first and gagged. It REEKED of B.O.

"God, it stinks in here." I whispered to myself. Estral cleared his throat and I looked at him. Oh my-

I said 'oh my God'. This is bad. I smiled nervously at Estral. London laughed. "Rude, much?" They said.

I glared playfully at them. "I want to apologize-"

"It's okay, trust me." Estral let out a laugh. London smirked at me and I raised an eyebrow at them. Why were they acting so weird-

We sat down as the class began to flood with students. "So, London," Estral started.

'What are you doing?' I asked in my head.

'Trust the process.' He answered. London hummed. "Your soul is very bright, you know?"

I raised an eyebrow. What does he mean by 'his soul'? "What do you mean?" I asked Estral.

He smiled at me. "As an angel, I could only see your souls. For example, I don't know what either of you actually look like."

My mouth dropped. "How about we describe ourselves to you, Estral?" London asked. Are they serious? "Like, I'll describe what Rich looks like and he describes what I look like!"

Estral smiled. He had these perfectly straight teeth. Do all angels have that or- "Okay! That would be awesome!"

London smiled. "Great! I'll start." They smiled. "Richie has dark brown hair and hazel colored eyes. They kind of remind you of honey. He, um, also has a really nice smile. It's the kind of smile that would send anyone into a oblivion. He always wears dark clothing. He never puts himself in front of others." They looked at me, a blush appearing on both of our faces.

Estral smiled. "What does he do for fun?"

London gulped. They looked at me, almost as if they were asking for permission to talk about my personal life. I nodded my head and London took a deep breath. "He, um, smokes...A lot. I've tried to get him to stop but he won't." They looked at me, almost scared to continue. I nodded my head again as they continued. "He says it helps him focus."

Estral frowned and looked at me. "Is that true?" He asked.

I cleared my throat. "Yeah, but I do other things."

London nodded their head. "He likes to read books. They help him escape." Estral tilted his head to the side. "Uh, it helps him escape from the real world." They gulped. "From Janelle and Derek." They explained. "He also likes to bake-"

"Okay, that's enough." I said with a smile. Estral looked at me, as if he was waiting for me to describe London. "Right, London." I looked at London, who was writing something down. "They have blond hair. And glasses. They're a nerd. Knows almost everything. Like..." I tried to think of who London reminded me of when I finally got it. "Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds. It's a very good TV show."

Estal smiled. "What color are their eyes?"

I flushed. "Uh, a green. A very pretty green. They remind me of grass." I smiled to myself. "You could get lost in their eyes." I leaned back in my chair. "And their smile-"

"They're still here, Richie." I stopped and looked at London, who was a blushing mess. Great, thanks Estral. "You guys must be very close friends."

I nodded my head. "Yeah," I looked at my fingers again. "The best of friends." And for a minute, I could swear I saw London's face drop.
