« At Riverdale Forest... »

Travis and his team just finished removing some of the traps planted by the Blood Moon Pack in the surrounding areas of the Riverdale Forest.

The Blood Moon Pack ready prepared for Tonight's encounter. They wondered how many hunters would come to rescue that fellow hunter in the hands of Alpha Jason's pack.

After removing the trap, Travis and his team went to the nearby market to buy their costumes for their disguise. They would pretend as hunters to rescue the prisoner of Blood Moon Pack.

They knew the consequences of this. But Travis was willing to shoulder the responsibility if things might go wrong. 

They couldn't afford to have a conflict with another werewolves' pack but they couldn't also stand still knowing that someone's life was on the line, even if that someone was a hunter.

"Are we really doing this? Betraying the Blood Moon Pack?" Diego asked Travis, feeling doubtful.

"We are not betraying anyone. We just want to stop this brutal killing between hunters and werewolves. Besides, Blood Moon Pack is not our an allied pack." Travis promptly replied, justifying their actions.

"How about Dylan? He will hate us more once he finds out what we have done here." Diego couldn't help but voice out his concern to their Alpha.

Travis fell silent at the mere mention of Dylan. He couldn't believe that Dylan chose the other path instead of sticking with them, his own friends and family.

"Dylan was blinded by his hatred. But someday, I know he will change his mind and he will understand that what he is doing now is not the right thing." Travis said to him meaningfully.

'Titania… he will have a change of heart once he meets Titania.' He thought to himself with certainty.

'My Baby Sis, I hope you are doing just fine wherever you are.'

Nighttime came…

« At Hunters Association Academy »

The full moon was shining brightly at the night sky, along with the billions of stars in the universe. They gave light to the darkness of the night.

Two figures wearing all black were slowly and cautiously approaching the southern gate of the Hunters Association Academy. They moved swiftly, avoiding the guards roaming around the vicinity of the academy.

On their tail, there was a petite figure following their tracks. She was wearing her combat clothes along with her mask. Ethan and Jeston had not yet discovered Titania's presence since she maintained her distance from them.

Titania was closely monitoring the movement of those two men. She saw them walking on the big tree near the 5 meters high concrete wall in the southern gate.

The two men kneeled just one foot away from the big tree. One started digging the ground while the other one stayed and acted as a lookout. 

After several minutes, they finally retrieved the weapons they hid and buried on that ground. Titania smiled inwardly as she watched the two men.

"What a sneaky fellows! A very nice hiding place for weapons." She muttered in a low voice.

"Now... Let's see... where is the way out here. The southern gate was already locked." Titania mumbled to herself.

After getting their respective weapons, the two men immediately fixed the ground as if they had not dug a hole in that area.

The next thing they did was to climb up the big tree. Titania's eyes lit up upon witnessing their actions. She realized that the big tree also served as the door going out of the academy.

"D@mn! Are they planning to jump from a five meter-high wall going down?" Titania's eyes widened in both surprise and disbelief.

"Sh!t… Can I also do that?"

The two men climbed a certain height on the tree before they jumped forward onto the concrete wall. They had great balance. Then from the five meters concrete wall, they jumped onto the ground.

Titania didn't waste any more time as she also climbed the tree. Upon reaching the top, she saw Ethan and Jeston already standing on the ground outside the academy's concrete wall.

They were brushing off the dirt on their black clothes. They were about to run when suddenly Titania shouted to call their attention.

"WAIT FOR ME!!!!"

Ethan and Jeston halted on their steps.

"Hey man, did you hear that?" Jeston asked Ethan.

Ethan met Jeston's gaze and nodded his head, "Yeah, I heard that. It sounds like…"

Jeston: "Titania!"

Ethan: "Titania!"

Both of them exclaimed in unison. Then they gazed up only to see a figure standing on the wall above them.

"Is that her?" Jeston asked in bewilderment as he was pointing his forefinger at Titania's direction.

"F*ck! What is she doing there!" Ethan immediately cursed upon seeing her.

"Is she trying to get us caught! Why did she suddenly scream?! What a fool?!" Ethan was now fuming with rage.

Jeston just looked at Titania helplessly. "D@mn!" That's the only word he could utter.

"GO BACK!" Ethan yelled back.

Jeston knocked Ethan's head after hearing his scream.

"Are you an idiot too? Why did you shout?" Jeston complained to him.

"Sorry! I forgot to control myself. I want to slice that stupid girl into pieces!" Ethan said through his gritted teeth.

But before the two men could react, Titania jumped while saying. "Ethan! Catch me!"

Jeston's eyes widened in horror. His face was frozen. 'Is she trying to commit suicide?'

Meanwhile, Ethan's body reflexively moved when he saw her falling from above.

"F*ck!" He cursed again but he had no choice but to catch her or else she would get hurt from the impact once she hit the ground.

Thud!

"Aghh!"

Titania landed on Ethan's strong arms. She slowly opened her eyes only to see the glowering eyes of Ethan. He was clenching his teeth while his brows were drawn together in a deep frown.

Titania knew that Ethan was really mad as of this moment. She could only bite her lower lip. He was carrying her princess-like.

'Wow, he's really strong. He catches me!' Titania was rejoicing inwardly.

But her rejoice was only temporary the moment she saw Ethan's bloodshot eyes staring at her intently. Titania already knew that she was doomed. 

Now what she needed to do was to pacify this man who was boiling in anger because of what she did.

Titania felt alarmed. She didn't know what to do. Ethan was about to rant at her when suddenly, she wrapped her arms around his neck and lifted her body a little for her to bring her face closer to his.

Then she planted a soft kiss on Ethan's cheek while saying, "Thank you, Ethan, for saving me!"

Ethan's back stiffened and he stood frozen in his spot the moment Titania's soft warm lips got in contact with his cheek.

'D@mn! Why did I do that?! Dummy!' Titania scolded herself right away when she realized what she did.
