"He will wake up soon", I overheard a stranger's voice, as I opened my eyes.
As soon as my mother saw me open my eyes, she took me into her arms.
My chest hurt.
After that, I got checked all over my body, for damage.
While I got checked, I picked up some things my parents and the doctors said.
It seems that my parents were mostly unharmed and I had a scar on my chest, which was created by the seatbelt slicing into the body due to the strange position it was in, because of the child seat I sat in.
On my first night in the hospital, I saw something strange in my dreams.
I saw 3 cards, on which were written.
Phillip Lahm
Thierry Henry
Roberto Rivellino
I was confused about this.
I thought that it was just a strange dream, but after I woke up I could still see them if I wanted to.
I was confused and experimented with it, but got no results and after a few days in the hospital, I was finally released.
I was lucky and only had this scar, but it hurt hard.
I couldn't express pain through words, due to my undeveloped vocals. I needed to scream or cry.
After a few weeks, the pain wasn't as bad anymore and my parents knew where not to touch me.
My grandpa Sepp brought me many gifts and stayed at our house.
~3.5 years later~
"Are you excited, dear?", my mom asked me.
"Yes", I said in a nervous voice.
"Dont worry, you will find many friends.", my dad said with a confident voice.
I wasn't nervous, about not finding friends, I didn't really want to befriend these small children, but it was my first training session with the SSV Jahn Regensburg, a team in the third division of Germany.
I walked in and met my youth team coach Joachim Becker. He seemed in his mid 30s with an unkept beard.
He greeted my parents and introduced me to the team.
I was of course in the G youth team(4-6 years old). There were many other kids who were playing ball games. It was just casual things as football was completely focused on fun at that point.
I played monkey in the middle with 4 other kids. This is a common game, where 1 person is in the middle and the other pass the ball to each other. If the person in the middle touches the ball he will change positions with the person, who caused the ball to be lost.
I excelled at the game.
At the beginning I was in the middle, but not for long as I easily caught the ball. After I was in the outside, I was pretty fluent in the passing motion and seldom got caught losing the ball.
After playing a few other games, we had a small football match at the end.
I shot two goals and assisted for one.
Joachim was impressed by me and praised me.
"How was it, honey?", my mom asked me.
"It was great", I told her with a big smile.
Now onto a different topic.
You may ask. How am I so good in my first training?
The first time, I played football, I suddenly gained a bit of knowledge of Henry, Lahm and Rivellino.
After that I played football every time, I could. When my grandpa visited, with him. When my dad had free time, with him. If nobody could, I would play alone.
