"I'm Rebecca, your daughter"

"You are Christina, my mother."

"Christina? Wow! That's a good name."

"I'm Rebecca, your daughter"

"Who is Christina? Is it you or me?"

These are the usual conversations with Alzheimer's patients.

The doctor said: "Alzheimer's is a type of dementia that affects memory, thinking, and behavior. Symptoms eventually grow severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.

" Doc, what's the difference between Alzheimer's and dementia?"

"Dementia is a general term for a decline in mental ability severe enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia. Alzheimer's is a specific disease. Dementia is not." Doctor Emma Ruba said.

"Dementia describes a group of symptoms associated with a decline in memory, reasoning, or other thinking skills. Many different types of dementia exist, and many conditions cause it. Mixed dementia is a condition in which brain changes of more than one type of dementia occur simultaneously. Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia, accounting for 60-80% of dementia cases.

Dementia is not a normal part of aging. It is caused by damage to brain cells that affects their ability to communicate, which can affect thinking, behavior, and feelings." Doctor Emma said.

"While Alzheimer's is a degenerative brain disease that is caused by complex brain changes following cell damage. It leads to dementia symptoms that gradually worsen over time. The most common early symptom of Alzheimer's is trouble remembering new information because the disease typically impacts the part of the brain associated with learning first.

As Alzheimer's advances, symptoms get more severe and include disorientation, confusion, and behavior changes. Eventually, speaking, swallowing, and walking becomes difficult." There is no cure of the moment, but research is continuously done to find a procedure, drug, or therapy that may delay and help in recovering lost memory. We are fighting against losing hope." Doctor Emma said.

Juan invited her to try the drop tower. She is afraid of heights but because of Juan, she tried. Juan was more scared than her. Juan shouted louder than her. They both laugh. "I will never ride that again, hahaha!" Juan said.

Next was the log coaster, They enjoyed it, Juan's arm went red because of Jackys hold every time she is scared.

Safari splash, riding in a boat decorated like a log or it's like a car in water with its tires in the side. They were wet, it is good they were given yellow raincoats. It is a roller coaster in water, you slide down with water splashing.

Lastly, they had the zip line then they bought two double cheeseburgers with sides and drinks in Tokyo Tokyo, then they tried the Sky Eye Ferris wheel a two hundred seven feet in height, with thirty-two gondolas. It is a ten-minute ride inside an air-conditioned gondola, you can see the Taal Lake, the view is amazing, at night, the frames have thousands of lights synchronized with different colors.

They intend to eat their food as they sit looking at the view, but Jacky is so talkative and she always gets Juan's attention on what she sees. They laugh and talk and imagine, Japan has many beautiful views, Juan asked, "What is different here than in Japan?"

"Honestly, I can not just enjoy or appreciate more if you are not with me, period, I will even feel guilty if I will enjoy it and you are not there," Jacky said.

They went out of the gondola after ten minutes then they sit somewhere and ate their food they are holding.

Juan put his hand to Jacky's shoulders and said "Jacky same with me. Life will be somewhat not so beautiful without you. So we must live longer, right? Let's pray to God about it."

Katsuo called, "Juan, it seems that is a good place. I will be there tomorrow. Let's lock that property"

"Yes, Grandpa," Juan said.

Juan and Jacky went home and They were welcomed by Tony. Jacky and Juan put Tony's hands in their foreheads, Martha went out and embraced them both.

"We have already eaten, Dad and Mom, we will just be here in the balcony," Juan said.

"Your grandpa was happy of your find, he will be here tomorrow," Martha said.

"That's how powerful he is. He is investing now in your projects and helping people. I can never imagine how God made these things happen." Juan said.

"Alzheimer's haven, son, we have the genes, we help others but we also help ourselves. We help our kind. Who will understand those who have this kind of disease? But Katsuo and Ichika have none of this. But their hearts are surprisingly with us. There are no strings attached to our relationships. They can leave us alone anytime, but they didn't. That's like the kind of heart with you Jacky and your parents, I'm so amazed how you find Juan, how our families even without me, have been bonded, not just because of your relationship but your family really made the effort to find me. I was so touched to realize that." Martha with teary eyes.

Jacky embraced her. "You had made a difference in my life when you lived that life and introduce Jesus as Savior to me at my young age. I have been longing that kind of attachment, that kind of selfless gesture that does not expect a return but is giving that love and care."

"We can preserve that kind of feeling and love when we can help these helpless people who do not remember their loveones, everything good or bad can be forgotten. They definitely can't repay us. This Alzheimer's haven is a haven of love." Martha(Maketa) said.
