At that moment, it seemed as though the Minotaur would collapse any moment.

Hence, Shye quickly tried casting [Tame] on it once more.

However, just like earlier, nothing happened.

"Hahaha…" the monster laughed weakly. "You think I'm not aware of what you're trying to do since earlier, human? With all that confidence in your taming skills, I'd wager you've subdued plenty of powerful monsters."

Hearing the monster's words, Shye's eyes narrowed.

"However, you're destined to fail today, as I've long sworn eternal loyalty to my lord, the Black Dragon of Destruction. Your puny tricks in hopes of enslaving me would never work!"
